Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the beach and parking was convenient. However upon arrival the shower was extremely clogged with sand/hair that was not from us. Also, when we were stripping the sheets before our departure there were multiple disgusting large stains on the mattress that also were not from us.

Perfect easy place to stay for access to many things right in the hub of gulf shore. So many things without walking distance, only had to drive twice out of the 5 days that we were there

It was not what I had expected, towels were old, air conditioning noisy, dish cloth or sponge not provided to do dishes, low water pressure... not worth the price. The location was great.

This was the perfect location for me and my husband. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and within steps to the beach!

No hot water

A lot packed into a small package! Two people, close to the beach, everything we needed and very comfortable! Would stay again for a few days at a time…not enough room for more than two!

Stink of mildew hit when walking in door. Loud music booming until 10:00 from near by bar. Coffee pot broken. Only 1 washer worked and 1 took money then did nothing. Bad weather so stuck indoors with nothing to do because needed streaming service to watch TV but wifi so bad could hardly use phone. Note everyone does not even use streaming! Had to take out our own trash and strip bedding! Barely enough room for 1 person let alone 2!

Good condo for price and convenience of everything. Just beware to park where you are supposed to because you will get towed. No courtesy knock on the door to say”hey please move your car” .

If you are someone who likes being walking distance to everything you should definitely stay here! The room was very nice and clean with a super easy walk to beach. I would for sure stay here again because it was an easy check in and check out.

Just as advertised. Nothing fancy, but clean and just what you need for a nice stay

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Super easy check in. Fantastic location right in the middle of everything and across the street from the beach. We could see the Gulf from our one little window. We would definitely stay here again.

Older building but condo was remodeled. A little small but clean and nicely decorated. Mattress was very soft. All in all a good condo for the price..

The rental was in a perfect spot to walk to many places. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway.

My overall experience was great. My travel agent did a great job in selecting this property for me to vacation at.

This studio provided everything we needed to rest at night while using our days to beach. The updated kitchen and bathroom were great. While it’s a tight fit for two people and two suitcases, we made it work. The bed was on the firm side. Surprisingly, we did not notice noises from other condos or families in the building. The Hangout, a local party spot a block or two away, was heard into the night as they constantly have bands playing. We walked to many restaurants during our stay which was nice since parking is at a premium in the area. Overall, it was a good stay. We would book again.

Location is unbeatable for the price!! If you can look past the narrow corridors and small rooms, it’s a great spot for a beach vacation! After all, you’re just needing a place to sleep! 👍

Room was ok, no view what so ever. One window very small like a prison cell. Pictures show the building. I guess assuming is a bad. Don't think you will see anything. Just a blue building on side I had. Parking under building way to Small. Trucks were there, had to Reverse all the way out. No benches just to sit. They left soap for dishwasher. But no dishwasher. Elevator whole ceiling missing wires showing smelled bad. $$100 more stay at best western on beach with balcony and beach view.

Cozy and cute, small one room. Could leave more than one roll of toilet paper. And rugs needed to be laundered. But otherwise clean and Hassel free check in and out! Perfect for ppl on the go! Air works good. Close/ walking distance to most everything! Easy access to beach, just across the street! Loved it. Will use again!

We had a wonderful stay, the room was well decorated and bed was comfortable.

This condo is in the absolute perfect location. You can walk to the beach, bar, stores, restaurants, and anything else you need. It has a small kitchen with everything you would need for a vacation. 10/10 recommend. And it’s also been newly renovated so it’s as if it is brand new.

Clean & quiet. Close to the beach and The Pink Pony. Could have included more bath and hand towels for a 10 day stay.

Great location & perfect for a short stay. Studio is smaller than a hotel room but well worth the money. Not a full size kitchen so bring food that will heat up in a microwave or just eat out. Great updates to the unit & very clean. I would be willing to buy a unit or two just like this one.

The room had a bit of an odd smell when we arrived but other then that it was a lovely place! And we will definitely be back and recommend!

Good location. Private. Just across the street from the hangout and the pink pony. A little old and could use some paint. But otherwise decent.
