I can’t say I liked anything. But the A/C was good.

All the furniture in my suite was broken down to the bathroom sink. No towels; plus the police showed up a couple times. This is probably hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

The price was 101 when u got there by the time they kicked me out it went up to 160.

That I felt I was stalked , anything little thing I did there was reported. The manger also told to dress more modest which made me extremely uncomfortable. Felt that was inappropriate comment to say to anyone . Didn’t not feel like there was any privacy at this hotel .

Not big enough for 3 people

This hotel is in a good location, close to the 401. The kitchenette is nice as we could cook our own food without having to eat out all the time. We like that the hotel is pet friendly. The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly.

The price was way too high for a budget hotel. The cupboards, doors etc are old and worn and need to be repainted or replaced. The high bar stools at the island table were not convenient. Some kitchen pots/pans, utensils, paper towels etc would be nice. The kitchenette is not particularly useful if it's not stocked with equipment with which to use it.

The bathroom wasn't clean, and did not notice until a couple of hours after check in , the kitchen cabinets were also damaged and the room wasn't very clean 😕. I showed the staff pictures and checked out

Pet-friendly and offers a fairly large bathroom shower & kitchenette.

There was no cable! I was under the impression each room with a working television would at the very least, offer basic cable channels - very disappointing.

No hay problema con encontrar estacionamiento, es gratis ademas. La atencion del Front desk fue amable.

El interior esta mal mantenido, sucio y olia mal. La cocina no venia equipada con nada, ni platos, servicios, ollas, etc. El washroom estaba sucio, la tina sucia, con pelos y con poca presion de agua. Las sillas del comedor eran mas altas de lo normal, entonces, no podias comer bien, fue muy incomodo.

I got scanned by this place. I would never come back here knowing that u paid in cash and didn't stay for a night because of lacking communication skills and horrible customer service, lied in my face. When it came towards my payment. And not willing to give me my receipt! Why would u say I'll get it when I leave, knowing that wrong. And couldn't even refund me back money. They are willing to at least accommodate me better. They need to better their customer service skills on us truth. When? A manager starts putting words in your mouth saying you said something that you know.You clearly didn't say, and you had to correct him on it.But at the same time, he doesn't care. Can't trust people like that, are not trying the best to solve the problem. He did even make the situation.Any better just kept making it worse and worse.And that what was mine blowing to me, To the point is i'm begging this man to help me out here.. NOPE!! Wow.. But I could understand how they operate. This is why they're slowly. Lose business. Eventually, it's going to be a shelter just like the other ones.. Remember, we are the"paying guest." Definitely.He could have handled the situation better, but he chose not to even a paying customer try, to figure out what's the best way to solve the problem.. The white guy is the manager there. If you have a problem and one of the next guy or the next Staff member be like I'll call the manager. Just know, the manager's not coming!!.( Just a heads up) And if he do let's see if he will improve** service communication skills!! Accommodate Please, please do not get scammed.By the Indian guy and the white owner.Okay I beg you guys just be careful when it comes to these people!!! And your money!! Play with people's money and their time.Just no karma will catch u. What really made me understand why you decided to do deal with me that way & treat me that way. !!

The bed was creaking. Blanket wasn't warm enough. There were no napkins in the kitchenet., cutlery, glass plates nor paper plates. I could hear the guest in the room beside me.

Didn't know you served breakfast? Location was fine close to our venue. Comfortable beds to sleep in. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The ice machine did not work on the second floor and the room could have used a box of kleenex and or a roll of paper towel. Your sign in the room said to wash up the dishes you use. However there were no dishes in the cupboards to use!

Location is amazing close to so much stuff and highways.

For the price… it’s very dated and doesn’t look like the pictures. I Had to fix a part of the door just to get it to close and lock. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and towels were stained and had hairs on them. Overall cleanliness could have been better. I ended up wiping things down once I got in the room.

Trop cher pour cet hotel de base. Douche pas impeccable. Débarbouillette tachée. Lit bruyant. Peut dépanner si nul part d’autre a aller.

The staff was comprehensive and have changed the room immediately, and give us clean products to us. The customers must do the job not done by employees!!!

Very dirty, the bed have bugs, fridge rusty, environment dirty, lift very noisy, no works to maintain in good condition. Avoid this studio

The price was decent for what we needed. the kitchenette for preparing our own food was important for us to fulfill our dietary needs. A full fridge (not a mini fridge) was a very nice touch too for storing groceries. It immediately being one of the first things you see after coming off the 401 was also nice

There were bugs (train of ants) in the room, implies possible infestation. The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite the building being non smoking. Its definitely a stay for practical purposes, not luxury.

Good Location we like it. It’s very clean area and peaceful. I think they provide good deals and quality.staff also provide good service and talk nicely.

I think is everything good there but if you put a bowl for tea that’s the best way empress to customer who’s tea lover’s like me.

L'établissement est très abordable. La chambre était grande. Le stationnement est gratuit.

C'est propre, mais un ménage en profondeur, ainsi qu'une modernisation des chambres serait le bienvenu. Une révision de la literie serait aussi le bienvenu.

Didn't have breakfast

Struttura abbastanza vicina all’aeroporto. Puó andare per una sola notte. Io sono arrivata la sera tardi e so o ripartita la mattina alle 08:00.

Si sentiva uno strano odore, come di fumo o di vecchio. Prezzo anche caro per il tipo di struttura…

We saw 3 small roach (small cockroaches), told frontdesk that they need bugs control. Otherwise everything was good.

Really do u ask me I don’t understand why u don’t send someone to check before u suggest to stay in this property if you guys want suggest something send someone to check before for sure u will never suggest ppl to stay or travelling there

People living very horrible, they using bad words loudly, taking pets with them, also smoking inside the room.Corridors having bad smell like vomit
