We thoroughly enjoyed fall break on the beach at Chez Soleil. We had stayed at this beautiful home before and it is a sun-filled joyful place. We enjoyed leisurely meals in the dining room overlooking the bay and then took our little dog for long walks on the beach. We will happily return.

This was our best experience with a rental property, ever. The house was spotless, the location was beautiful, and the host was responsive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more.

Our family loves staying at prime hook beach and this home was the best place we have stayed at yet. Super responsive hosts, and a beautiful house right on the beach. Quiet and full of nature. I can't wait to stay again!

My husband ,myself, my daughter and her husband and my 80 year old mom had a lovely stay at this wonderful property! It was our first time at Prime Hook and won't be our last. The home was perfect for us, it's even better than the pictures. Nanette was so responsive to all our needs and questions. This had to be one of the cleanest and well stocked homes we've ever rented ! We beach combed, bird watched and had our first ever beach bonfire♥️ Thank you for a vacation that was just what we needed!

We had an amazing stay. Nannette was great and was quick to respond to any of our questions. The property was immaculately kept with waterfront views of either the bay or preserve from all windows. We loved that the area is so private with very few people on the beach and the town of Milton is a short drive for any necessities that we required. Our young children loved how calm and shallow the water was at the beach especially at low tide. Be prepared to avoid the insects on days when the wind blows in off of the marsh, but this was only an issue for us 2 days out of our 2 week stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return again!

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and serine getaway, look no further! The moment we stepped through the front door, we were totally impressed. The house was immaculate, very clean, and tastily decorated. The view of the Delaware Bay and the sunrises is absolutely spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. The view of the Wildlife Refuge from the other two bedrooms was not too shabby either! While there is no shopping or restaurants in the immediate area, it's a short drive to both Milton (and Dogfish Head Brewery!) and Lewes, which have plenty of restaurants and shopping for your necessities. They thought of everything when furnishing this house. There were kayaks to take out on the bay, bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a gas grill, and much more. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was also really nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, with an additional bathroom and shower on the main floor and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. The few times I did contact Nannette with questions, she immediately responded with all the answers. Thank you, Nannette, for making our experience so memorable!

Chez Soleil is a beautiful beach front home with spectacular water views from every room. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach side and the sunsets on the wildlife refuge side. The home is very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The owner, Nannette, was very responsive with our questions and made us and our fur baby feel welcomed. Prime Hook Beach is a wonderful place for a family vacation. We had a memorable family trip and the accommodations at Chez Soleil were what made it so special!

The property is fantastic and the owner was wonderful and responsive! We really enjoyed our stay. Having access to a private beach is wonderful with plenty of space. Also having access to 2 kayaks and 2 bikes was awesome; we used both sets every day!! The first floor of the house is great!! The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. Being completely open to the dining and living areas is also nice and allows "being together" even when in different rooms. The dining table has only 4 chairs, but we just took a couple of chairs from the "office" so all 6 of us could sit at the table. The living room is also cozy with 2 couches that accommodated all 6 of us. Having the walkout from the dining area to the deck is also convenient, especially with the stairs that lead to the ground level where a gas grill is located. Having a bathroom on the main level is also very convenient. Having all bedrooms on the second floor is also really nice. It allows people to go to their bedrooms and rest when others want to be doing things on the first floor. Also having separate bathrooms for each bedroom was fantastic!!! The only complaint would be the beds in the bedroom with the twin beds; my 23 year old son who is 6'2" said the beds are children's beds so his feet/legs were hanging off the edge of the bed, so not so comfortable. His girlfriend who is only 5'6" said that she had the same problem. So, although they may be great for kids, not so great for young adults.

The house was very clean and organized. Located on the waterfront, it was so convenient to enjoy walking, floating, fishing, grilling, etc. You can even walk your dog on the beach! Bonus: kayaks and bikes are also on site.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beyond perfect in its layout to capture the water views. In addition, Nannette has thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Very organized, Thoroughly neat and clean. Beautifully appointed. And so much more!!

This house is absolutely perfect! The views are gorgeous, the house is immaculate and Nannette is a joy to work with. The house has everything you could possibly think of to make your visit outstanding and if you should have any questions, Nannette responds very quickly. We are looking forward to an opportunity to go back. Overall, the best VRBO experience my husband and I have had.

Absolutely amazing accommodations. Chez Soleil was the perfect place for us. Far enough off the grid, but not too far away from everything you need. That being said, the owner (Nannette) has thought of all the things needed to be on Vacation. The Kitchen and the entire house is well appointed and has everything you need. The house is tastefully decorated and very inviting. The views are spectacular! The Beach is very private and just a short walk from the door. We were there for about a day when we decided we would be coming back!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The house was expertly decorated and super clean. It has everything you could need, including kayaks and bikes if you want to use them. There are plenty of spaces in the house to relax, including an open porch, a screened porch, an office/sitting room, and an open floor plan kitchen/living area. Lots of puzzles, games, beach amenities, etc. They have thought of everything. Sunlight floods every room at various times of the day. Private/dog friendly beach is steps away. The street is very quiet and great for walks. Four full baths is a definite plus for larger groups. We would definitely recommend!

Loved returning for our 2nd year, 3rd stay. Breathtaking views, beautiful house with everything you need already there, no need to leave Primehook for us but plenty of things close enough for when we do. Owner communication a breeze, accommodating and responsive. Look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this gem. We are very particular and this house and location couldn’t have been better. The house is immaculately clean, and attention is given to every detail. It’s comfortable and has everything you could need (and more). We loved that high quality sheets and towels (and beach towels) were provided. Communication with Nanette was excellent. And then there are the views from the house - amazing sunrise over the bay and sunset over the Reserve. Rate to have both! It’s a very quiet area and a bit off the beaten path, which is exactly what we wanted. We hated to leave and hope to be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The views of the bay are extraordinary and the house is very comfortable. We enjoyed a lot of walks on the beach and seeing the stars in the evening. Great spot for a relaxing visit to the beach.

Our long weekend stay was absolutely perfect. The minute you walk inside the home you can see how the owners care about the comfort of your stay. This is a very well maintained home. The sunsets are amazing. We will be back for sure!

The home was probably the nicest, most well-equipped, and lovely home we've ever rented! And it was right on the water - beautiful views from every window, in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for us, but probably not the best for young people who are looking for a little more "action". But we just loved it!

This is our second year staying in the Prime Hook area. The beach is always quiet, which is what we love for a relaxing vacation. This home is just the icing on top! The home was immaculately cleaned (I mean, even the baseboards didn’t have any dust!) which is impressive given we stayed at the end of the summer season. We didn’t want for anything- from towels to blankets to beach things to kitchen tools. The owner was super responsive when we had a few questions on our first day and even provided her cell number so we could get in contact quicker should we have any more questions during our stay. What is most memorable for us is by far the sunrises and sunsets this home offers. The back of the home gets amazing sunrises while the front of the home gets beautiful sunsets. Comfortable porches on both sides of the home means you can enjoy both. Simply amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We are already looking at dates to return next year!

House is great, wonderful view. Owner very responsive. We knew that the location is remote but we did miss being a little closer to a beach town. Takes 30 minutes to get to Lewes. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and the view which were the most important things to us. The house was clean and well appointed with everything you need.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property, and hopefully will not be our last. We love the location and the house is Clean, comfortable and has everything you could want. We always have a wonderful time visiting Primehook and this property is the first place we consider for a short or longer getaway!!

I cannot begin to say how much we enjoyed staying at this home. The house is exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you can need for a vacation. The beach is beautiful and very quiet. You can sit In the living room and enjoy the beach and sunrise in the morning, and move to the back to see the sunset. Could not have been a nicer place to be.

The property was beautiful and the cleanest rental we ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. The house really nice but it was also great having a porch that overlooked the ocean to enjoy. The beach is really quiet and family oriented- which was great for us. We took many long walks and found many seashells. We truly enjoyed our stay!
