My family’s first time in Asheville celebrating my, and my husband’s marriage. Couldn’t have picked a better place!! Super clean and super nice, can’t wait to go back when the pool is open!!

This property was very nice. We had a great time with all of our kids and it was equipped with everything we needed. The management company was prompt with communication. Be aware that you may need to download additional app to complete booking and check in. Also, make sure you communicate clearly how many are in your party. The listing says it sleeps up to 12 adults. We assumed that kids would be allowed with those adults. The owner agreed to accommodate our number but this took a lot of going back and fourth with the management company. Overall the house is great, just make sure you understand how many people it can accommodate. I would recommend this property, just be aware of all the fine print before signing.

We had an amazing week at the Pool Haus! The house is spacious, clean and well stocked. The house is tucked away in the hills, very peaceful and relaxing We loved the pool and hot tub, hours of use each day. The game room garage was great for kids! Such a great idea! Yonder host we’re very attentive when we needed extra propane tanks. We used the grill and fire pit every night. We loved our mountain getaway, however only 20 minutes to Asheville if going into town. Perfect location!

Everyone had a really great time at the Pool Haus! The granddaughters loved the pool and hot tub. The house was clean, comfortable and in great condition.

The stay was great! Everything was exactly how listed. Had 12 people total and there was plenty of room. Bad time for pool as it was a little chilly and no pool heater. Overall it was great!

Our family stayed at the property for a long weekend, kids ranging from 12-20 years old. The house was fantastic. I am very particular about our rental choices, and this house was one of the cleanest we have rented. The kids had a blast with the game room and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. With a couple of minor issues that did pop up, I emailed the rental company and they were incredibly responsive. The location of the house allowed for quick and easy access to Asheville, Lake Lure, and hiking. If we return to the area, this house will certainly be the first we check for availability.

I booked this home for as a surprise for my husband's 30 birthday. We had a few friends stay there and it was the PERFECT get away. Close enough to Asheville to enjoy the brewery and food scene while still giving you a woodsy experience with an AMAZING view. Everyone was more than pleased to stay here and was thrilled with the game room and many board games stocked in the house!

Pool Hause was well appointed and maintained, with a modern layout well suited for family time and meals /dinning in. We found the beds comfortable, baths beautiful and gathering places ample. We highly recommend this property to other families seeking a home experience.

My sisters & bridesmaids planned a family getaway/bridal shower for my birthday this past weekend. We had 11 adults total & we had more than enough room for our 3 night/4 day stay. One of us did have to sleep on the couch downstairs but she said it was super comfortable. The entire house is super clean, the floor plan is very open, lots of beautiful, natural light that enters the main floor from the dining room. The game room was SO much fun. We spent a lot of our time in the jacuzzi and around the fire pit. The kitchen was great, everything we could possibly need was available and it was very spacious. The sink kept getting clogged and that became an issue on our last night. There was a garbage disposal that worked only once, the rest of the time it was stuck but, we let the cleaning crew know as we were leaving and they said they would take a look at it. The main bedroom by the dining room was missing the remote for the lights. We didn’t notice it was missing until the end of the day when it was time to sleep, we searched everywhere for it and couldn’t find it. I called the maintenance number but at that point, it was after hours so I had to leave a message. I did hear back from them the following afternoon however the only response back was that it should be somewhere in the house, if not it might be lost, which to be fair there wasn’t much they could do at that point. It was a little inconvenient having to use the flashlights on our phones to get into our suitcases or find our stuff in the room every night but, that’s all it was, just an inconvenience. We were only in the room when it was time to sleep anyway. They know about it so now they can find a replacement. I highly recommend this house. Location was great, we were about 25-30 mins away from downtown. We went on a waterfall hike that was about 40 mins away. Sierra Nevada Brewery wasn’t far either. All of the beds were comfortable, the showers were great, there was no way to be bored or uncomfortable in this house. Also loved how it was decorated. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

We had a phenomenal time staying at this house for a weekend family gathering. First, the house was large enough that we all had our own private space (bedroom and bathrooms) but also had great shared space. Our bedroom and bathroom had cedar ceilings which left an amazing scent when showering. The house has modern decor and all the furniture was exceptionally comfortable and this noted by multiple members of our family. The kitchen was great and was well stocked to do a big dinner for 7 every evening. The dining room table was perfectly comfortable for a big sit down dinner every night. The game room was great and had everyone coming in/out to play pool amd ping pong. The hot tub was great and the pool was a grest option but it was too late in the season for us to take advantage. The lower level was awesome but we never needed that extra space for the 7 of us. Finally, the property management was great to work with, and can arrange for many more services than we took advantage of. For example, we could have had a chef service arranged. This house was amazing, it could easily handle many more than our 7 adults comfortably and i give my highest recommendation for this house.
