window shades broken and down,coffee machine broken,pillows very large and rock hard-no one is going to steel them, got in at midnight , shutted quit at 10,rental cars closed

On a business trip for 2 might. Went on HOTELS.COM and this HOLIDAY INN & SUITES was ranked as WONDERFUL. And Wonderful it was. Friendly Professional Staff. Told the desk clerk I was alone and they put me on the top floor in a quiet room. I believe the entire facility was quiet. Clean as if it was new and a very inviting lobby, bar and eating area.

Nadia and the shuttle driver (didn’t get his name) went above and beyond to take me to the airport 15 min earlier than their normal morning start time of 5:45 am. Thank you!!

If you do not like to ride elevators this property may not be for you, because they do not have entry access from the first floor only option is to ride the elevators up and go down the stairs to the exit. This is a big inconvenience to people who can’t ride elevators. This is not posted in any description details.

The hotel is fine. It’s not its fault that you have to walk down a grassy median along a busy highway with no sidewalk to get something to eat

Perfect stay. The check in was easy, property new looking and very clean, nice bar/restaurant downstairs, beds comfortable, bathroom extremely clean, and shower water pressure amazing.
Overall great stay and highly recomnended!

The only thing that I would change is that the pool was too cold, and that the walking area around the pool is very slippery when it gets wet. I fell a couple of times. Other than that, we had a very wonderful time. Staff was very friendly. Building was very clean. very enjoyable experience at the restaurant.
We will tell our family and friends to stay there.

I have no complaints about the staff nor the hotel My overall experience was great. It was a birthday celebration. The breakfast was good and so was the server. I would stay here again.

All flights were canceled going into Asheville due to a global Microsoft upload failure . It was impossible for me to get there but they still charged me even though I called as soon as I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it. Double disappointed missing my sons first child's baby shower

our room smelled like strong cleaning product upon arrival, we did not have liquid or bar soap provided in our room and of course I didnt notice until in the shower - ugh!

While it is a decent property to stay at as a business traveler, just realize that the breakfast is not included and is a more small menu restaurant-style, not a typical breakfast buffet. And they are very strict on what your allowed to order for the voucher and the meal service is rather slow. I think it's just one woman doing everything, so give yourself extra time.

Great service and the room was clean. The only issue was the air wouldn’t stay on throughout the ihg no matter what the thermostat was set on so it got hot a few times.

Nice property. Limited bar (beer, and wine only). Small menu, but my burger was very good. I was late coming in, so I was grateful to get a drink, and a meal!
My only complaint is making your night check in staff be the bartender, and server. She is definitely not a trained worker in this area, but she gave it an amazing try with a smile! So, hire a bartender!!!
