Beautiful place and spectacular ocean view. Very well appointed and extremely well stocked. Had a few minor issues, but Linda and Dave were very responsive and resolved everything.

I have rented condos yearly for 30+ years in this area and this is the best hands-down. Newly renovated with high end appliances, thoughtful stocking of kitchen and bathrooms, and the beds were actually COMFORTABLE!!! The check in process was not a process and the owner accessible. The views on both sides were awesome and unobstructed. Surround sound TV with Netflix loaded. Good amount of seating, even in the patio. ❤️

We have stayed at many condos at Sand Dollar over the last 30 years. This was by far the nicest and most updated condo we have booked. We absolutely loved it. It was equipped with everything that you will need to have a great vacation. In the past, we have had to go out and buy chairs, pool toys etc, but not this time. Also, the fact that there were additional household supplies (soap/paper towels/trash bags) was very nice. We bought all of this and left extra for the next person but most of the time, there is very little of this in a condo. All of the small things added to the extra personal touch that the owners gave. The condo was beautiful and we will definitely be booking here when we come back to Sand Dollar!

If we were to return to St. Augustine, we definitely would try for this unit again. The living space is large, The condo was well-equipped, everything appeared newly renovated and fresh, and the furnishings were sturdy and comfortable. This part of the beach is less crowded than the areas closer to St. Augustine. Our accommodations were a very positive part of our trip!

Yowza!!! So clean!!!! and WHAT. A. VIEW!! We loved this condo. It had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, extremely clean and the view was magnificent. When we come back to Saint Augustine we will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful 5th floor condo with a gorgeous view. Very well stocked in all areas. Great location for food, fun, and in town shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo is clean, well equipped & the master bed is awesome… so much so, I want one for my home. We definitely would rent again.

Plenty of space for 6 people. Very well stocked kitchen! Not far from downtown St. Augustine. Will be back!

Had a really great time! Very roomy for the 6 of us..only issues were slow drain in the guest bathroom and the bedrooms stayed warm

This property was very clean and well laid out. The condo was larger than expected with perfect views. The Beach right outside was never OVERLY crowded. If you want a quiet place to get away from it all but still be close enough to drive into St. Augustine for fun filled days this is the place to rent. We had multi-generations in our group and everyone had a great time at this condo. The pool area was kept very clean, and the walk to the beach was not long at all. In St. Augustine there are a million things to do. We went to the Fort (ask about discounts, they have several including retiree, and military that can greatly benefit your group), went to the oldest school house, the Pirate museum. Check out the information center near the fort for discount coupon books and maps. We Loved Fiesta falls minigolf, and eating a seafood kitchen, safe harbor seafood, with coffee at the Kookaburra. Overall outstanding place to stay. We have added St Augustine to our list of places to revisit and look forward to staying at this resort again.

The VRBO pictures do not do this condo justice! Gorgeous and spacious, clean with plenty of storage, well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, perfect location for a quiet stay! Sunrise and sunset seen every morning and evening, just as advertised, and right on the beach. It made a perfect Christmas stay for our family of 5! We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience. We go somewhere every year and rent a house or condo. This is the first one that really felt clean when we go there. The view out the floor to ceiling window and from the balcony are amazing. The condo was tastefully decorated. Linda was easy to work with. We highly recommend s this condo.

We enjoyed our first time at Crescent Beach staying in this Sand Dollar condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony with high top table was perfect for viewing the ocean over the railing. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Very quiet area and non-crowded wide beach. Overall a great stay!

We’ve been visiting the St Augustine area every summer for 20+ years and this is one of our favorite condos that we’ve stayed in. The beach was not crowded, short drive to downtown, ample parking onsite and a wonderful view. We had a couple hiccups with the electronic lock upon entry and during our stay (battery related) and needed HVAC service, but despite both issues we would stay here again. Thanks!
