Fantastic house, very clean with great facilities, 2 en-suite bedrooms and televisions in all bedrooms. the pool was the highlight for my boys. Steep 20 mins walk to the old town and right beside an excellent restaurant.

Quite remote, I would recommend to have a car for this location.

The host was the sweetest lady who was accessible throughout our entire stay. She is a local and gave plentiful recommendations for our stay and even highlighted them on a map and explained how to get everywhere within walking distance. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and she left a Happy Birthday note, a bottle of rose, a basket of fruit, and traditional Croatian liquor. The property is brand new and only a 10-15 minute walk from either Old Town or Banje Beach. Although the walk is a bit intense down many stairs, the view for the entire walk is nothing short of beautiful and breathtaking. The property is also a 2-3 minute walk from an amazing restaurant. We even left a pair of airpods behind and the host was so accommodating at helping us retrieve them before we left.

Lovely house, very comfortable beds, brilliant to have a pool (which wasn't too cold) and outdoor loungers. A 15 minute (steep) walk down to Dubrovnik old town and very easy to get a cab back (our host recommended some cheaper companies). This meant we felt less rushed and could just head down at our own pace, after the crowds had left. There are breathtaking views of the old town and the harbour as you walk down or you can head about 20 minutes further up the hill and take the cable car down to just outside the city walls. The host was very welcoming and discreetly available when we needed some help. There are lots of beaches nearby which you can reach by cab or hire a car (it's cheap in Croatia and there's ample easy parking at the property). Even in October, it was warm enough to swim in the sea. The old town is full of bars and restaurants - we ate exceptionally well - and it's easy to hop on a boat to one of the beautiful islands.

It's not very far from the old town to Bosanka, but the road is very steep both for driving up round hairpin bends and walking down on an uneven path - it was worth it for the views, though. You are a little bit out of the way up in the hills, but it is very peaceful (apart from a few noisy dogs) and no doubt a bonus in the summer months when the old town gets very busy with people spilling out of cruise ships. There isn't a shop close by, though, so pick up any essentials whilst you're in town. Dubrovnik is not a cheap town, so expect to pay English equivalent+ for food and drinks.

The amazing owners made us feel at home. Spotless cleanliness. A very quiet and peaceful place close to one of the best restaurants in dubrovnik. I highly recommend this property for a getaway with family and friends. I'm gonna return there for sure!

Fantastic friendly hosts (who lived next door) gave us such a warm welcome and even supplied us some local grappa! The house is newly built and furnished to a very high standard, the pool is great size and perfect temperature. The location is superb and sits above Dubrovnik but is less than 10mins to the old town. Couldn't recommend staying at Tea's place enough! Really comfortable beds, great air-con and plenty of space.

Everything was great! (The only need we needed was a vacuum at one point and couldn't seem to find one)
