Staff were outstanding, breakfast included was top-notch & personalized. Doggies were an added bonus, made it feel like a home away from home. Room was comfortable (Elephant room) and there were lots of options to stay warm in what is known to be a cold area - gas heaters, electric blankets, wall heaters etc. Safe and secure parking behind a gate. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and it was very clean, the staff made sure to keep the place clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room had all the facilities we needed.

We had a misunderstanding about payment with Bookings.com and the lady that assisted us was extremely rude and shouting over the phone. We were prepared to handle the situation but she acted in a very unprofessional manner.
