We were very happy with this hotel. We arrived early and wanted the top floor so waited til 3pm to get in. So we went across the street to shop, which was great. Loved how clean and quiet on the back of the hotel. Great location, nice and new and updated hotel with great staff. Very nice breakfast with the best options that we’ve seen yet.

There was nothing to complain about. Wish we had this good quality every night on our travels.

Everything was great until I headed downstairs to get a quick breakfast and there was nothing at all. Everything was gone a few minutes before 9am. No yougurt or fruit , something simple to grab to go before heading to my meeting. Delay upon checking out. The desk lady refused to print me a receipt as she said it was against policy. Upon check in the prior night I asked for a receipt for the charge to my card for stay and was told I’d get one when checking out. Very frustrated. Hope staff in am have additional customer service training.

Room was clean and well thought out. Breakfast was good. All staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was tasty, check-in and check-out was no-fuss, thermostat warmed the room quickly.

toilet was dirty and smelled, like it hadn’t been cleaned between visits.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the hotel was along side of the freeway, I did not hear freeway noise. 

I was told that the location was built in 2023, yet the bathtub in room 119 did not have a stopper, and it also had a few cracks in the bottom that had some staining.

Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Clean nice rooms. Cool view from the balcony.

The charging ports next to the beds stopped working and started making a very low beeping noise. We could hear it all night. Nothing the TV couldn't fix. I couldn't get the coffee maker working. That could be user error. I went to the lobby and there was good coffee down there.

The room had overpowering room spray smell, very strong the whole time. Husband very sensitive to it , lung issues, we were there for lung Dr appointment.

The worst front desk service I’ve ever had at a hotel - whether cheap or expensive. The staff was absolutely incompetent and untrained in providing any kind of customer service. They checked us in and we went up to our room on 4th floor only to find that it wasn’t ready. We had to load up our car again with all of our stuff because we were offered any other alternative! Also- Bedside lights did not work, ice machine on our floor did not work, jets in hot tub did not work, both clocks were set to wrong time, dirty towel left in the bathroom… just really no attention to detail for a room/hotel that cost us $340. Very disappointed.

The beds were not Queen size. They were Double. So uncomfortable. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Not enough towels.

We stayed in a suite it was very roomy, and comfortable Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a value for everyone

The lights from the front of the hotel made the room seem like “daybreak” all night.

Close to where i needed to be. The breakfast was great. Didn’t have a lot of gluten free options which was disappointing for my husband. Staff was friendly.

The hot tub was broken. It was the ONLY reason I chose the hotel.The staff kept telling me that someone was supposed to come out and check it but the jets did not work. Also the card keys to the room did not work consistently. I went to the front desk 6 times to complain that I could not open the door then they would reprogram the key cards and they would work once or twice then stop. It was very annoying.

Rooms were clean. Great service friendly staff. Great location and breakfast was great.
