Location was great, very clean, very accommodating management.

An oven would have been ideal, however certainly not a problem.

Bed was like a rock! Had to ring to get key safe code, as never received this as advised. Unfortunately due to close proximity to Barwan Health we were woken by the Medi helicopter at 3am in the morning!

Its was peaceful and a decent size.

Having to wash the dishes before using them as they had food still on them. Went for shower and I could smell dog in the shower. The pillows desperately need replacing cause they felt like I was sleeping on bricks. The wifi constantly buffers and there is mould in the shower. I was expecting much better for $1500 for 5 nights, i ended up leaving a day earlier. Never again.

Great facilities and near everything. Perfect for our young family. Definitely will come back.

Smell of old furniture/carpet when first entering the apartment. The car park is a bit of a struggle. But there are plenty of space around the building/off street parking.

There was meant to be a pull out sofa as per the booking but it was not there. Not one of the bed side lamps worked. The key lock box was very hard to get into. There was no toaster in the room. No ceiling fan The towels were very thin and there were no face washers.

Very little.

Upstairs, not suitable for older people. Tired, old, unloved. Dirty around windows and shower. Grotty mats on floor, dangerous trip hazards. No dryer, no pegs, no broom. NOT serviced, despite name. Same towels for 6 nights is unhygienic, couldn't wash and dry them in Geelong winter weather. Overall, very disappointing.
