The location was excellent for me in a central part of historic Boston. Internet was excellent. Host reasonably responsive but lots of ambiguities in website. Bathroom well equipped and clean. Near a metro station. Distance to airport quite short. Temperature was pleasant.

Small things would improve the experience. The bed was very high and I needed to stand on the armchair to reach it. A small folding ladder would help. I could not easily use a laptop as the armchair was too low to reach the surface in the kitchen. A high folding chair and possibly folding table would immensely help laptop users. Website was misleading. It states a 200 dollar deposit is included so I was expecting refund. It implies a tumble dryer and washing machine, maybe I did not look enough. It would be useful if there were two of each type of cutlery for example 1 small and 1 big spoon only, not very good for couples. The website suggested the key locker closed at 10 pm which was incompatible with late arrivals and incorrect. The 30% service charge seems high as there was no service. Despite these comments very small improvements could hugely improve the experience as the property is very well situated.

Zero. Wouldn’t book it again. Sat outside cold for hours before even getting address (let alone access to the building) i got sick standing outside waiting for approval

The bed is very high. Had trouble getting into it. The bedding, pillows and sheets were stained.
