We loved the quaint neighborhood, very special area to be staying. The place was very clean and comfortable ( except broken air conditioner ) turns out, the breeze through the windows was enough in May’s heat wave to cool us down. Plus, the surrounding sounds of the city and birds chirping in the trees around, really added to the quaint atmosphere. It was a quiet and charming neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room was very nice

There was no one to physically to attend to unsatisfactory things the first day. Air conditioner was broken for the whole stay and on the first day i would have wished for at least a fan to brought over, it wasn’t. Also, the tv was not functioning and no one could get it working, thus no tv for first day. The pryor resident had done something to it.

Great location, nice stylish room.

That I couldn't find a broom to sweep the floor. Had little specs of trash on the floor.

Plumbing needs a bit of attention

location & cleanliness

they expect a security deposit of $300. which can be paid online only through their portal. the payment gateways didn’t work for either of my card (same used while booking). They ignored all my messages and didn’t provide security key for entry. I tried reaching them over phone was not responsive. Had to spend the first night outside. eventually they figured out a way to charge my card and provide the security key

Nicely decorated, location great, easily accessible. Great shower and the portable heater was sufficient for our needs. We had an electrical problem and a technician came within an hour on a Friday night. That was great!

A side table on the bedside would have been lovely. Dining table kind of worn out.
