Pool Quiet and very few rooms nice staff

Need a car to get there.

The room was beautiful we had the suite The pool and pool area were lovely also the view

The toilet blocked after a couple of hours of being there On arrival we did not have a check in with any details etc just the key we hadn’t realised toilet paper was not to be put down the toilet which resulted in a blockage No one spoke any English which made things difficult as we are an older couple who don’t speak Spanish On arrival the pool area was packed with very noisy children and the owners were having some sort of party so didn’t really bother with us at all Breakfast was pretty appalling for the price of the stay it was a left over cakes from the party both days with bread and cheese orange juice served in cheap plastic throwaway cups which you would not expect for an establishment like this when we left after being there for 2 nights I received an email asking for my passport details address etc that should have been done on arrival also they sent me there package of lists of local things to do etc not much good then as we were in the airport we did feel as if they hadn’t really served guests in Thai way before despite the fact it was a wedding venue I didn’t really think you can mix the guests that have booked a tranquil getaway in the sun which is what it showed on the pictures with the owners having party’s very loud and late ones in the public areas

Friendly people, nice breakfast, quietness. Certainly great to celebrate your wedding!

Almost too quiet, we were the only guests as the place is actually made for weddings. Being alone, up on a hill without the usual hotel amenities except for a pool, and nothing to do, shop or eat in a perimeter of at least 5km, felt a bit strange. We could have known though and that’s also why we booked only for one night as we were passing through the area.

The accommodation was great, something a bit different than usual. Nature is very nice and surrounding peaceful. It was nice and tidy, containing everything you need. The breakfast was already prepared and served in our room. The host was nice and on the service.

It was really difficult to find the property by GPS and we got lost, it took as a while to find it. The host doesn’t speak English, however we communicated everything we need, so it wasn’t a great problem.

Really friendly and very helpful staff. Very spacious room. Nice pool that was only shared with the four other rooms (it's a small hotel).

The hotel has a nice view as it's on a hill but it's quite far away from the city centre and there's not much nearby so you are very car-dependent. Also there's no WiFi in the rooms.

Everything really , the room, the location , the peace , and staff were very helpful , even gifted me a 1ltr beer bottle , I attempted to buy ,and we were alone , all facilities like pool solely for us , so it was lovely .

Nothing really , except partner pointed out that attention to cleaning was missing. Was clean enough but needed to be checked .

The finca was easy to locate and was absolutely beautiful, with very clean and modern rooms. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and really went out of their way to give you the best possible stay.
