We really enjoyed the house, it is in a perfect location on a private section of Miramar beach which is stunning! Walking distance to Pompano Joes, and close to everything. The house was as pictured, and it was clean on arrival. It lost a star as the Management company were extremely frugal with their supplies. Having stayed in a lot of VRBOs we were quite shocked at what was provided. We were given 2 dishwasher tablets to last our group of 8 people for 5 days. There were 2 trash bags, 1 single coffee serving, no salt and pepper or any other condiments. Since we were flying in it seemed ridiculous to have to buy a whole box of dishwasher tablets, condiments, and trash bags for our stay. They could have at least supplied 1 a day - it would only have cost a couple of dollars. They are not helping guests to keep the house clean, and presentable upon departure by withholding cleaning supplies.

This is our second stay at this SandDollar townhome. Right on the beach! Clean! The perfect place for a vacation with our kids and grandkids. The only issues are things that can’t be changed - lots of stairs & tight parking. But, this beautiful location is worth those small things. We’ll be back!

The location on Miramar beach is very convenient but the parking space was inadequate for our two vehicles. We parked our suburban on one side of the space and did not move it during our stay. We had to park our jeep closer to the street to be able to get in it. We decided that we would not book this unit again. It was only when we loaded up to leave that we saw someone had scraped the side of the suburban facing the next unit's parking space. I have not heard what is being done to repair the damage.

Beautiful beachfront pet friendly property, there were a couple of minor issues but staff on call were prompt and remedied them same day. We had a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. Our family had a great time here and hope to go again.

We loved our stay here. Great for a big family. The multiple decks with the hammock swings are amazing. Loved being so close to the water. We have no complaints about our stay.

Perfect place for a family getaway!

Rooms were great! Lots of steps, but location made up for it. Only downside is parking. Small spaces on a steep incline. Other than that, great vacation spot!

My family and I had a wonderful time!! All the decks came in handy, and the views were first class. It was stocked with everything we needed and the beach service was great. Location was perfect. Would define stay here again!!

Our family had a wonderful week at your condo ! The weather was great , since we are from Ohio and coming from35 degrees it felt nice! Only rained the last day and that’s the day we had to take my daughter to the airport. The condo was very clean and spacious for the six of us to move around. My son and his wife really liked the little cabana bar on the bar they could walk to. Definitely will try and come back.

This condo is right on the beach as it says The condo is very clean and comfortable in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. When booking this condo, however make sure you are aware of all of the fees. Consider the many fees as it really raises the price.

wonderful location

Waterside Dreams unit 18 Parking was very tight for two vehicles. We arrived on Sunday evening to find garbage cans lining the curb preventing us from turning into the parking area. We had issues with the door code but the maintenance crew was very helpful. Shortly after arrival, I spilled water on the floor only to find the floor quite dirty when I cleaned up the spill. There was mold around the faucets in the bathrooms upstairs. The cleaning fee was quite high for such a poor result. The guests in the neighboring unit smoked which was an issue when we attempted to relax on our deck. The rental management recommended we address the issue with the neighbors ourselves. We paid a service fee to the rental management which was disappointing to us. The maintenance crew is excellent. They were quick to respond, courteous and very helpful. The best part of this vacay was the proximity to the beach, the gorgeous weather and the beautiful clear calm water.

This property served us well as a home away from home. Great location and amenities.

very clean

Location of this property is amazing. Literally walk onto the beach from the condo. There are ocean views from 2 bedrooms and the living room/ kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (half bath off the kitchen). The 2 top bedrooms each have a private bathroom, the lower 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. We only had one car and there are 2 designated parking spots so room for the car was not a problem. If we had 2 cars, it would be tight but doable.

We had a great time! Property was exactly as listed and fit our family well. It was well worth it for the location We plan on coming back again in the future!

A nice place and a great location, the only bad thing I can say is the next-door neighbor was doing carpentry work with a couple days of a saw running!!

Booking online was a bait and switch. We thought we were paying half the price we did until we booked online and the added fees were placed on the booking fee making the unit twice the price. The second big negative was the mold coming out of the hvac unit. Three of us got really bad sinus infections. Then the roaches in the kitchen and lower level were awful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this unit until the Owners thoroughly clean this condo.

Right on the ocean, beautiful beach and water. Daily beach service. Safe. Reastaurants and shops in walking distance. Up to date kitchen and grill for cooking meals. Beautiful balconies. We loved this property and vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this rental property. The place was clean and everything was in good condition. We had to call the maintenance to come check on a small leak (very minor) on the kitchen sink, and the guy came right away and fixed it! We were really pleased with how speedy he answered our call.

Floors were not clean. Garbage disposal had fruit flies. I had to clean both. Did not have tv in one bedroom. Parking spots small for large automobiles. Need new mattresses. Cleaning lady came into the unit. She said she thought we have left. Our cars were parked in front of unit. As much money that was paid, I should not had this problem.

The parking is a little tight and indeed stressful, and the stairs a little steep for the older folks but the decor is nice and the location is great. Lots of things within walking distant and seconds from the water! Loved the 4 decks !

Okay, first I'll start with the pros and cons. Pros: location Cons: parking, you have to let everyone out before you park and the slimmest will have to park because you only have inches between each car. .Patio doors, cant be left open First the property is as described. Its a little dated, but adequate for the price you pay. Upon entering you get the essence of the dating, because it has the smell of the sea, humidity and a older home. Its not bad but something you should expect from a older home. The first floor has the queen by the patio doors and the bunk beds. The washing machine is also downstairs. If you have kids an adult will have to stay there because you cant hear them upstairs. Second, the stairs! their kind of steep, so be prepared! If you have any knee conditions or have elderly parents or guests they are narrow and steep, remember you have to go from the first floor to the second then to the third, where the two masters are. And this is also true if you leave out of the first floor or second floor to go to the beach. Once on the second floor please keep the patio doors closed. If you leave it open an alarm will sound and besides there are no screens on the doors. Lastly, the patios were fine, the grill was great, but not a lot of chairs so bring your own. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Easy access to the beach, the daily chair setup was nice to have. House was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Parking was tight for 3 cars, but we were able to make it work!

Can’t beat the location! Only complaints were the WiFi was constantly dropping, which made it impossible to watch a complete movie in one sitting (on Apple TV) and the kitchen sink desperately needs replacing. Overall, the property is in good shape (recently remodeled), but still has a fairly “old” feel to it. In the end, had a good stay but didn’t feel value for money was there (and read through all the fees closely).

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised and right on a perfect stretch of beach. The only criticism I could find was the parking. The spaces are small and difficult to maneuver. Overall it was a great property and we would love to stay again.

The place is not very nice at all. The back patio is basically a shared space with the neighbors. The bottom floor smells like mold and mildew. When we complained about the smell the manager came out the next day and evicted us. Said that we should be out by 6 pm and that we would get a full refund. We had trouble finding another place but did and we were out by 6. Around that time he called and said he had an inspector out and the property was clear and that leaving was up to us. We had no choice but to stay at the new place after we were told to leave.

We had a fabulous time! The house was just as pictured. The location was perfect. The 1st night we thought we didn’t have hot water (we actually did), but I called maintenance at 9:30pm & he was willing to come out right then...Would definitely recommend!
