Terrific property for a couple. Great kitchen, spacious and clean accommodations and a terrific location to groceries, coffee and an amazing trail system, both around lakes and within the community. The host was super to communicate with.

Nice and clean place. Bedding and towels were very nice. We did have an issue with the air bed and messaged the host next day and she kindly purchased a new one and gave us a gift card for some great ice cream!
Since it’s a basement suite the temperature was great during the hot summer days.
As far as location goes there were nice parks close by (not walking distance) for our kids.
Although we were not fans of parking our vehicle on a hill we chose this location to be close to family we were visiting.

Great place to stay. Marnie had great communication. Only one thing I might add would be some screens on the patio door and the kitchen window to allow fresh air into the unit.

The suite is very complete and comfortable. We stay the whole month of June and even on the hottest days the suite is still fresh.

The suite was spacious and in a great location for the things we access in the area - Rocky Point Park, SuterBrook Village, and family.

Pros:
- No concerns with this property.
- Communications was good.
- Suite was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay (laundry, kitchen fixings, smart TV, wifi, nice size living space with sufficient seating) and nice outdoor space to enjoy.
- access is easy with keyless entry.
- proximity to amenities within reasonable distance.
- price was great.
Cons:
- no view of the beautiful water from suite.
- with windows open, it can be a bit noisy from road traffic during busy hours as the house fronts a main road.
- hear foot steps from owners above pretty easily, but not enough to bother one as they are early sleepers.
- parking is on the street and can get congested at times due to school drop-off or pick-up.
I would and will stay here again. Recommend to any 1 person or couple.

Nice garden level unit with plenty of space, full kitchen, and very helpful host. Very quick drive to many conveniences.

Location of the property was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Close walk to the Rocky Point Park. Marnie (Host) was very accommodating. The place was clean and had all the amenities needed. Would stay here again.

Spacious appartment in nice area
We stayed a week in this appartement and did day trips from there. Very nice area for Hikes in the hills (e.g. Bunzen Lake or Minnekhada Regional Park) or along the waterfront (Shorelane Trail). Close to Vancouver and shopping centers. Thanks Marnie for providing additional bedding for our son for the last night!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Very spacious and clean. It was nice to have walking trails near by without having to drive to them. Close to all amenities without having to fight too much traffic.

Great Stay
Very well appointed, clean suite with everything you would need for a stay. Location is close to beaches, local shops and the highway for trips into Vancouver.

Very comfortable and clean
This was a very pleasant stay for us. When you enter the place, it feels like moving into a brand new house; even the furniture is all like brand new. The place is also very clean, comfortable, and spacious!
The location is another great feature as you can enjoy a nice view over the ocean right outside the door.

Port Moody Weekend Getaway
Amazing Unit in the amazing city of Port Moody. Very clean, new and comfortable. (Great washer Dryer really helped after a rainy hike!) Owners were great. Will go again. Highly recommend.
