We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The property managers were very communicative, and the house itself looked even better in person than it did in the photos. Even with a group of 10 we had a comfortable amount of space. The best aspect was definitely the location. Very walkable!

We rented the house for my daughter’s graduation. I wish I found the house 4 years ago. We would have stayed here every family weekend. Restaurants and stores were walking distance. It’s in a great area in Austin.
Management company responded immediately to all questions.
It is a well equipped kitchen with many dishes and glasses. I would suggest washing them before use. Not a property issue but past guests haven’t gotten them as clean as they should be.
Would stay here again!

Three generations of our family enjoyed a long weekend stay at the Kennedy while in town for a wedding. Five bedrooms allowed for us to have our own private spaces, but we spent most of our time in the spacious open living room and kitchen. The location is convenient to downtown and everywhere else we wanted to visit. Communication with the owner was always clear and quick. We would definitely return!

Overall great stay and neighborhood was great with great access to city. A little plumbing issue along with some critters that were found in the house but overall was great!

The location of this home made everything super easy! The house is modern and great for a large family like us. (5 + 1 local) Overall the home was great, but we felt that it could have had more kitchen utensils and food storage, and more of the little "amenities" that set a place apart. There is some wear and tear as can be expected from a dedicated rental property, but when we mentioned a couple to Deanna she was very responsive. (For example, the blender was cracked, and she offered to have another one delivered.)
We had a great experience overall and would recommend the spot to friends.

A lovely property that was perfect for our party of 6. Very comfy beds, plenty of towels and linen and great facilities. A short walk away from bars and cafes and easy access to downtown by foot (approx 30-35mins) or by scooter. We loved the fire pit and outside seating area.

Group of friends stayed for the weekend, excellent location in Clarkesville walk able to many things or short ride share. Good overall cleanliness and nice set up for a large group, some wear and tear on the property but overall no complaints, was perfect for what we needed.
Plenty of parking for weekend stays, during the week street parking is restricted (drive ways holds 2 cars) so plan accordingly as its not mentioned till 2 days before the stay. Luckily our entire stay was during unrestricted hours and not a problem.

The house was perfect for a girls weekend in Austin. It is in a great neighborhood. It is clean and is stocked with all the necessities. The front and backyard were a bit overgrown but we didn’t use the backyard that much.

Great visit and great location
We really enjoyed this house. It worked well for 4 adults in town for a wedding, and the living room and backyard were great places to gather and relax. The house was clean and in a great location - we could walk many places. I would rent here again!

Great location; great house
When we finally got there we thoroughly enjoyed the house! We happened to arrive on one of the ice storm nights and the ease of entry that was communicated to us was wonderful. It was very easy to communicate with the Renters Club staff. They even dropped us off some extra silverware :-) We checked out several of the local establishments including Nightcap, Bar Peached and Hold Out Brewery. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to roam around yet still have some privacy, especially if you use the extra suite had the separate private entrance.
Great location and easy to find. Easy to Uber to the downtown area. I would highly recommend this place :-)

Great place to stay!
There are several bars in the area within walking distance as is 6th street. Common area was great for a party of 8 to relax & talk comfortably. Outside space is very nice as well.

They also let us leave our luggage for a short time after check-out which we really appreciated.

Austin Bachelor Party
We are all in our low 30s, so maybe not your "traditional" bachelor party, but this place was perfect. Clean, spacious, nice, room to hang out and play games at the table and living room areas when we didn't want to be at the bars until 2am, plenty of beds so no one had to share, the separate little garage guest suite. A bit of a walk to true 6th street (like 15-20 minutes) but still a great location - very central. Quiet neighborhood, very nice - absolutely 0 safety concern. Hosts were professional, communicative, and easy to deal with. Check in instructions were detailed and clear and sent to text and email prior to arrival - couldn't ask for more. Thanks RC!

Ideal location and great communication
Great experience at Clarksville. Home was clean, well equipped for at-home meals, and an ideal location to everything. Beds were comfortable and easily accommodated a weekly family birthday celebration. Easy check in and check out with clear directions.

Bedrooms were nice and spacious and the primary bedroom was especially so. Location was conveniently near 6th Street and a short walk to a couple of very nice restaurants.

Great location, beautiful house!
The location was perfect, very close to downtown, Zilker Botanical Garden, the Aquarium, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and much more! The house was very clean upon arrival and the neighborhood felt very safe. The one thing that was not clear was that the separate guest studio bedroom does not connect directly to the main house and only has an outdoor entrance. We did not have any guest staying in that room but it was of note. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was fantastic!! Modern - stylish - new. Comfy beds. Short walk to Zilker Park with available scooters everywhere. Only advice: Put more hooks or furniture with drawers in garage space. VERY small space - No room for clothes/toiletries.

Family reunion
Here a quick summary.
The good first :
Indoor living and kitchen were great. Very spacious and open with plenty of seating area. Beds were also very comfortable. Location was very good and close to the center of town.
The bad now :
Outdoor space was not nice because it was not well maintained and was full of leaves.
AC went out yesterday but they were able to fix it for us.
TV remote was broken and even after they gave us new batteries it still didn’t work properly so probably needs to be replaced.
