This was a great property with easy access to Lake Hamilton. The hosts provided kayaks, floats, and other amenities that provided the grandkids lots of fun activities to enjoy on the water. The property consisted of three separate cabins, each of which provided our family all the accommodations and amenities to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing, and safe for various ages.

Great layout with multiple cabins on the lakefront. We had a fantastic time lounging and fishing on the dock and eating dinner together in the main house.

We are repeat visitors. It felt like coming home. The place is beautiful and well appointed. We brought our boat and the dock was convenient. The vacation was a success in large part, due to your cozy property.

One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in great location very clean and well kept and maintained. We will definitely book again. Owners are great and easy to communicate with. This house is better than advertised

Easy. Was a little surprised that we had to pay all money up front but that was not a problem for our group.

We loved every minute of our stay at this special place. My entire family was there for our granddaughter’s wedding. When we opened the door, the place was so inviting , clean, and just beautiful inside. The main house was set up so that one family of 4 could stay on the main floor and another family of 4 downstairs giving each family plenty of privacy. The cabin in back was even more than I had expected…..with 2 bedrooms, one up and one down, , a kitchen and and private bathrooms, there again, providing another family privacy at bed time. The cabin down by the lake is so cozy and very nice. We loved getting to sit out on the decks and enjoy the scenery. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved that each cabin had great beds, a kitchen, tv’s and living areas so that each individual family had a very comfortable place to stay. The Main house was a great place for all to come together in and enjoy sharing a meal or just hang out and visit. It was great to have one place for our family of 13 to stay and enjoy. The owners thought of everything when decorating these cabins, and it sure was a pleasure to get to stay there. We hope to visit again during the summer when the lake is full.

If you have a big family or just a large gathering this is the perfect property. 3 separate living quarters and access directly to Lake Hamilton. Downtown only 12-15 min away it's the best place for a Hot Springs getaway!

This was PERFECT for us and our extended family! It's a beautiful home and beautiful property right near Hot Springs. The homes have everything you could need. The host was very responsive and friendly as well.

We had 9 guys on the trip. Property and location are great. One note: The drive is somewhat steep but blacktopped so getting the motorcycles in and out was not really a problem. Not sure if rain, or wet surface would be a problem. Plenty of parking for the bikes.

We loved having 3 separate units for each individual couple! It was a great stay. Very well appointed, clean, and comfortable!

The property was excellent for our family. They all loved spending time in the water. All the houses on the property were beautiful and had everything we needed. Liked sitting by the water in the morning having my coffee, so relaxing. Thank you to Josh and Lyndsey

Everything was first class

Our family was in Hot Springs for our reunion. We only get together every 3 years so our time is very special. Our time at the Cedars in Hot Springs, AR did not disappoint. Josh and Lyndsey's home was very clean, beautifully decorated, with a spectacular view of the lake. The location was great for us to get out to spend time with our extended family who also stayed in the area. We enjoyed cooking meals together, sitting out on the deck, swimming, hanging out in the hot tub and playing games. We also had plenty of room to spread out in the main house and 2 cabins. There were also floats that we used at in he lake. We hoped to go kayaking but it did not have a chance to use the 2 kayaks on the property. Initially we noticed that the hot tub needed a some cleaning. Josh and Lyndsey were very responsive with taking care of getting it cleaned and answered other questions we had prior to and during our stay very quickly. The host were great! The house and location is perfect! Prepare to walk alot hills and stairs but it's worth the experience!

Everything about this property met and exceeded our family’s expectations. We enjoyed kayaking, boating, and tubing. The dock was perfect for our island float. Most of all just being together and then being able to go to our separate houses and relax/sleep at the end of the day. All of this on one property is a gem!! We will be back.

Plenty of shampoo, detergent, towels, trash bags, etc. Everything was well maintained and cleaned. Fire pit and kayaks in garage for use. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Owners answered all my questions and were very prompt. I wish them many more years of enjoying this property. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The private front cabin was a perfect honeymoon cottage for my son and his new bride!💕 Great location, not too far out from town. The linens and towels were high end quality which is always a bonus! The owners were so easy to communicate with! Would recommend this precious house over and over!

Perfect house for family’s and events. Beautiful surroundings and great location

Our friends needed a short weekend getaway and came across the Cedars lake house. It by far stood out from the rest of the other available homes in the area. Not only was the property nicely renovated and tastefully decorated, but it provided ample room for multiple families with children. Our group included three couples and two small children staying in the main house and front cabin. Each family had their own space and could congregate in the main house's common area and deck. The outdoor area was well-landscaped and nice to relax in, especially the hot tub. In both the cabin and main house, every detail was well-thought-out to make guests as comfortable as possible. Josh and Lyndsey were both a pleasure to work with and very hands-on should there be any issues. We highly recommend this one-of-a-kind property and look forward to staying there again!

Even with the cool temperatures and rain, the cheeriness of the house and the views of the water made us feel warm and engaged. We especially enjoyed watching the ducks and geese from both the house and the boat dock. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and wonderfully equipped....loved the lush towels! The kitchen is large and open, so we stayed in and cooked all our meals. Would definitely recommend to those who want a modern yet intimate house that has plenty of privacy.
