It shows that 6 can sleep there, but be aware, the bathrooms are tiny. The property is pretty and the living room and big windows to the lake are impressive, plus the location is quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees. I had to call for maintenance while I was there (broken toilet seat) & it looks like regular cleaning/maintenance isn't at a 5 star level. No dish towels in the kitchen & if you want to do a lot of cooking, you'll want to clean the stove top first and also check to make sure you have what you need because the kitchen is sparsely appointed & the ice maker was not hooked up. The dining room table top was not clean, evidently someone had been using Pledge or something similar over and over and after wiping it down with a damp towel, that came away with noticeable dirt, and the table top was still "sticky". Very unpleasant. Bring a copy of your "security document" to gain entrance. I didn't have that with me & it took calling the management company to get past the gate.

Maybe spray for bugs?
Overall this place was just what we needed. The Lily Pad was a big hit. However, there was a small insect issue that made it difficult for my daughter and I to sleep well. We had very small bugs crawling on us at night. A little disconcerting. Also, the lower level mattress and pillows could use an upgrade.

Nice weekend getaway
We had a great weekend, the weather was beautiful. Sarah B. group was wonderful. The gentleman working the guard station at Innsbrook said he didn't have our reservation, which in the end he was looking at the incorrect house number despite us giving him the correct one. I paid for early check-in and we wasted an hour of it while he was trying to find our reservation. The unit was decorated nicely and had everything we needed to cook for the weekend. Unfortunately, there was some type of bugs on top of all the beds, more on the loft twin beds. Lots of cobwebs in the light fixtures, I don't believe the cleaning lady has cleaned in a long time. We only noticed at night when the lights were on. I would recommend a deep bug spray of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the surroundings.

Annual Girls Trip
We ended up staying in a a different property than what we chose online due to some issues at check in. I called the after hours number and we were taken care of in less than 10 minutes with directions to a new available property! It was a beautiful chalet and we had a relaxing weekend! Sarah Bernard Chalets does not disappoint. This is our 2nd year of booking one of their properties and will continue to do so!

Review
I thought the pictures were deceiving in at the property was bigger than it was. I was disappointed that there was no washer and dryer in the home And the like I thought was gonna be a bit bigger than it was. Overall though it was a nice weekend I just probably will stay in another home next time for the money

Innsbrook Summer Getaway
Loved this property. Secluded with lots of privacy. Loved the kayaks and paddle boat and also lily pad jumping mat for kids. We had a campfire, bbq’d, fished and went to the beach on day. It was nice that lots of lake toys were provided as well as beach towels. Thanks for a great stay!

Getaway
The lake was lovely and the house was small, but very satisfactory for four adults, although the TV did not work and we all wanted to watch the Olympics, so that was a bummer. I left a list of 4 things that I felt needed attention. One was the upstairs toliet seat which was unstable. The TV was another. I can not now remember the two others. I would suggest directions for working the TV--we just didn 't have any. We left the key in the house but locked the doors, and reported that to the person at the gate.

This was a perfect getaway that was only an hour drive to get to. We will definitely be back to Innsbrook, and this location is now on the top of our list!

Charming Chalet
This Waterfront A-Frame is the perfect spot. We just loved the beautiful stone fireplace and bright modern feel of the place. It has everything you need, with a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels and lots of fun water toys. You are removed from your neighbors, but part of a lovely community with swimming pools, stables, a restaurant, etc.

Relaxing getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our relaxing getaway at Innsbrook. The chalet where we stayed was exactly as described and the Sarah Bernard team did an excellent job at communicating all the info we needed. I would book with them again.

Great Getaway!
I stayed here with my mom, sisters, and 2 pups and we had an amazing time! The house was very clean, open, and had everything plus what we needed! We will definitely come back when we are ready for another getaway! It was also perfect for the dogs!

Great pandemic get away
Our trip to Innsbrook was all we could have asked for and then some. Not only did we experience all four seasons (including snow) in April; the chalet provided us with plenty to do through it all. The property was beautiful with blooming dogwoods everywhere. The chalet was well stocked, nicely decorated, and roomy enough for everyone to do their own thing. The fishing was a real bonus.

Beautiful chalet on a lake
We had a great stay at this beautiful chalet on a lake. It was our first time to Innsbruck. The chalet was very comfortable and cozy. The lake was perfect. The kids loved canoeing and kayaking; making s'mores over the fire at night was perfect. We will plan to come again to this or another one of your properties availability permitting.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Beautiful property, even in the dead of winter. Perfect views of the private lake. Cozy accommodations and plenty of firewood was provided to keep us warm. Can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Great Girls Trip!
We had a great low key girls weekend! The cabin was super cute and just what we were looking for! The only issue we had was that I never got the email with the code for the lockbox to get the key to the house. I don’t know if I missed the email somehow or what but we called the help phone number and got the info right away.

Pleasant stay
We had a great time saying at this chalet for the week. It was exactly as advertised! Being right on the water was great. The chalet itself was clean, temperature-controlled, and relatively bug-free (surprisingly so considering the surroundings)! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!
We loved our stay! Super peaceful and relaxing location on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding around the lake. There is also a swimming beach that is just a short drive up the road.

Amazing trip
We had an amazing time at this chalet. The manager was prompt to reply to any questions leading up to our trip. When we arrived, there was no running water. However, I had already spoken to the manager earlier that day about some work they did on the kitchen sink; she wanted to give me a heads up which was much appreciated. Therefore, I already knew to call the number at the chalet if anything was wrong. Someone was over within 15 minutes to turn on the water. I also got a follow up call to make sure everything was okay a little bit later. We really appreciated how easy it was to get the issue resolved.
The location was great for our family and young kids. Easy access to the private dock, plenty of space inside, and beautiful views. We saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed fishing, got in the water on the paddle board, and built a fire in the fire pit. I would highly recommend this chalet! We can't wait to go back!

Getaway in the woods
This was the perfect location for a short “recharge the battery” vacation. The cabin was cozy, lake was peaceful and it suited our need.

Very cute and clean chalet!
Everything in this chalet is brand new and clean! Very nice bedding and linens and appliances and dishes! They had everything you would need besides your food! This was our first time at Innsbrook and it is a neat development. This particular a-frame is in a heavily wooded area on a very small pond, that is really not an option for swimming. Cute little dock though and we did take the canoe out. We were also able to take our dogs, which was great. Just FYI that there isn’t a grassy area (since in woods). If you plan to make a pool Reservation during COVID-19, you’ll want to bring beach or bag chairs since there are none provided at pool and the ones at chalet were stackable Adirondacks, so not really transportable. Food at pool was delicious and the market had great offerings for it being so small. We enjoyed our stay. This was a great alternative to actual camping- again, very nice and clean inside and no bugs inside!!!

Nice and secluded
Good property. On a lake made it quiet. Very clean. Little pricey for the amenities. Gas grill and dishwasher would be a nice add as would some firewood. Paying for being in Innsbrook which has great trails and amenities so be sure to check out the vast array of trails and lakes. But if you want a secluded place that is clean and quit this is a nice chalet.

Owners are are very proactive, made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would book again solely on that.
