Pros: - Organized and well stocked amenities (cooking utensils, working appliances, kid plates, etc.) - Super close to the HOA pool which is super kid friendly - Comfortable beds and pillows - Tons of bathrooms which was nice for showers - Awesome water heaters - Comfortable temperature - Quiet (we only heard noise from our upstairs (our family), not neighboring houses) - Quick responses from management company (even though every email went to spam every time and I had to have them resend stuff a few times) Cons: - Cheap shower heads made the super large showers kind of unnecessary as you had to stand right underneath the head to get wet and water pressure didn't help that - Clean but not sanitary (if that makes sense): - Slight mold ring in one toilet - Slight mold on wall above shower tiles in one bathroom - Splatter marks from something gross on walls and ceiling in kid's room - Popcorn kernels under couch, that kind of stuff. I understand that kind of stuff but for the price we paid for a cleaning fee none of that should have happened. - Arcade system wouldn't power on - Smoke detector chirp (they fixed it quickly but it happened again the next morning)

This is a really cute place to stay. Very clean and nice. So close to the pool and not too crowded. The arcade machine that they have was not working for us which was a bummer, and we wish they had a hand towel for the kitchen, along with a broom to help with cleaning up and not overusing the paper towels, because we ran out of those. This was a great place for our group. Perfect size and enough rooms/bathrooms to help us all be comfortable.

Beds were comfortable, but we really needed bigger beds rather than so many twins and bunks. Loved all the bathrooms and the air conditioning was wonderful!! On the down side, other than the beds, the furniture was really uncomfortable. Flat metal stools at the island, and living room couch and armchairs were not at all comfortable to sit on. The floor was quite dirty even though we didn't wear our shoes inside. White socks turned black on the bottom after a short time. It needs to be mopped throughout between guests, and obviously wasn't before our stay. Everything else was fine.

The condo was beautiful. Nice garage. Rooms, beds, bathrooms, kitchen vey clean. A little disappointed by the lack of pots and pans for cooking. Do like that cupboards all labeled. Some of the furniture is slightly different than the pics. No backs on the kitchen bar stools for smaller children. The backyard isn’t closed off from the neighbors which is only a problem if you have small children. Pool was FANTASTIC. We also enjoyed the park and pickle ball areas. Lack of cleaning supplies made it difficult to sue outside picnic table due to the dust that accumulated on it’s surface. Loved having the washer and dryer too! Plenty of room for all of us.

The property is great and so is the home. The bed were extreme wobbly the first night. The maintenance man came the next morning and tightened up the beds.

We came for the state mountain bike race which was only 8 min away so we couldn’t have found a more perfect location, especially considering the home has a garage where we could store bikes. We seemed to be about 15 min or less from everything but not the crowded part of St. George which we preferred. The pool and playground were right across the street so the location is perfect! The Condo is beautiful and big. There were only six of us so we had more than plenty of room. Even at capacity, it would be very comfortable. We have a Vrbo that sleeps 36 so I notice everything. The only things that I think could be improved would be hooks in the bathrooms for towels, plastic wrap and tinfoil, and more toilet paper. Those a pretty minimal considering all the thought and detail that go into a vacation rental-just make sure you pack some if you stay here. The house is organized, spotless and decorated adorable. Our kids loved it and we would definitely love to stay here again!

This place was great. We went down to the area to get away and it was in a great part of town that you could easily access everything. Sand Hollow was 15 minutes away and that’s hitting the gas station on the way. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
