Immaculately clean condition, very comfortable, lots of little extras (lovely touches). Great for parking, nice quiet area... Local Morrison store just around corner, lovely walk along river front. This is a hidden gem... I highly recommend.. I will be booking again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cosy flat, it's kept beautifully clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, the big walk in shower is lovely. The beds were very comfortable which made a change from other places we have stayed, also blackout curtains meant we slept very well. Very quiet area and safe parking opposite the flat, also very close to the river which makes for a lovely walk into Dumfries. Thank you Anetta for the treats which were very welcome, we have already booked for next year.🤗

Great location within easy walking distance to the riverside and town centre. Good parking right outside the window and a quiet cul-de-sac. Liked the kitchen and the fact that the host left some breakfast items and condiments, so could make a coffee immediately upon arrival.
Hot water wasn't great due to the system installed which was fiddly.

The flat was surprisingly well equipped with utensils, towels, food, fruit, games, and info about the surroundings There was a bottle of wine!. It was very clean, it was very quiet, the single beds were comfortable and the bathroom was almost perfect.
We liked everything. There are a few minor points that would be handy: an anti-slip bathmat for stepping out of the shower, because the floor is very smooth and one could slip easily when the feet are wet, a small cabinet or clothing rail in the bedroom and a small (short) kitchen knife, and a manual for the coffee machine.

Nice clean and Spacious apartment with convenient parking. Lovely welcoming goodies on our arrival. Nice kitchen. The shower was very roomy and produced plenty of hot water from the system
The TV seemed to struggle with youtube channels and lost WiFi connection. Bed was a little short in length for someone of 1.88m height (6 feer 2inches.) They were however comfortable.

Good location not far from centre of town lovely flat everything you could want provided spotless inside the hosts were lovely and helpful easy to park by the flat nice pub just along the road would definitely stay here again

we have stayed here before and so we already knew what to expect and weren't disappointed. We will certainly look to stay there again if we can.
we struggled to programme the heaters so it was a little colder than we prefer but as we were out most of the day it wasn't a problem.

very well equipped modern flat in quiet residential area with easy parking. Pleasant walks nearby beside river and into town centre. Owner provided some helpful groceries which was kind.
Stairs between flats a bit noisy but obviously nothing owner can do about that

Flat 18 was gorgeous, super clean, great host, parking bay just over from the apartment, it was a ground floor. The host left some treats for us, like chocolates, drinks, cereal and fruit. It was lovely decorated, the beds were comfy and warm. From the apartment we found our way around Dumfries area.

Lovely place. Lots of nice little touches such as a breakfast box, Wi-Fi password and Netflix etc. also coffee and tea and sugar etc so nothing not thought of.

Nothing to dislike, perhap[s a blind in the bathroom but all the windows in bathroom are opaque

Location was good and easy to get to main shops
Think a curtain or blind should be fitted on bathroom window as frosted window can easily be seen through from outside, and as my wife is disabled and I have to stand her at window to dry her.

Beautifully decorated flat . Spotlessly clean. Good parking availability right outside the door. Very quiet residential area. A great base for exploring the area.
Fresh flowers and breakfast items was a lovely touch. Anetta is so attentive this is our third stay in one of her properties. They never disappoint. Highly recommended.
Room could do with a chest of drawers for clothing.
