This is an ideal location if you want to be close to the strip . Easy in / out access to the main hwy . Cabin is beautiful . We enjoyed balcony sitting and listening to the river . Kids and grandkids loved the game room ! Grandpa loved the recliner . We will definitely be booking again for our vacation . We have been going the Smokey mountains for years . I believe we have found the best spot ever ! Book it and you want regret it . Precious memories were made and a good time was had by all . Thank you for sharing your cabin with our family !

Very well decorated cabin. Communication with host was phenomenal- I couldn’t get internet to work at first and they were immediately responsive. Lots of things for kids to do in cabin. Well equipped basement. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Walking distance to downtown Gaitlinburg is a bit of a stretch though. Overall clean, safe and ample parking. Great host

This is a very beautiful cabin.. it has three stories,upstairs,downstairs and the basement, we didn’t really use the upstairs because we had plenty enough room on main floor and in basement, our favorite area to hang out was the basement, ,, our 14 yr old son loved the pool table, arcade games and my husband and I loved the theater area and had movie night every night we were there, the hot tub was amazing, the creek was great , not much to access but it was still nice to walk down to, we also barbecued , the only thing was the lightning in the bathrooms , I wish they would have been brighter and we didn’t have access to control our temperature in the cabin, my husband seems to think they could hear us but I didn’t read they had a camera in cabin, besides those things it was great and great access to Downtown Gatlinburg, we would stay there again for sure , also we had a huge bear visit right across from us , it was really hard to leave ..

Location, location, location!! If you want to be close to downtown, this is it! We loved the location, the kids LOVED the creek and hot tub. Game room was fun! Everything was as described; super easy rental!

We had a great family vacation here! We all enjoyed the games, pool table, hot tub, and the firepit by the creek. The location was perfect if you don’t want to travel too far from the main strip in Gatlinburg, but also don’t want to be right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the strip. Close to grocery store and restaurants, and not up and down a mountain side. The property manager was very attentive of our needs, and prompt. We didn’t have any issues other than no oven mitts and few trash bags. After emailing the property manager, they responded very quickly and had Instacart deliver to our doorstep quickly! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I would stay here again the next time we are in the area! One thing they need that I forgot to mention is chalk for the pool sticks. We love to play pool, and chalk is a necessity! 😀

Our entire family enjoyed this cabin for our weekend trip for the Gatlinburg Christmas parade! The bedrooms are perfect for families or couples. We had plenty of room for everyone and the baby. Julie was very responsive and very accommodating!

We rented the house to spend time with family who are local and have Thanksgiving together. It was a great fit and location close to town. The game room was a big hit, it was comfortable for all. A nice surprise was the lovely decorated Christmas tree !

We loved the cabin! Julie was easy to communicate with and was always available if we needed anything! Great place to stay when visiting Gatlinburg!

Loved the cabin itself along with the location. We would recommend this to anyone which we already have to our cousin who is staying there in June. We are looking to book this property every year. We also recommend that everyone keep an eye out for bears as we seen one the first and last night we were there raiding the dumpster just below the cabin. Again the cabin was awesome along with the location

Really enjoyed our visit here! Very clean, everything nicely organized and labeled from light switches to items in the kitchen cabinets. Love how the tv allows access to Netflix by logging into a personal account. Kids loved wading in the creek! Would definitely stay again!!!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 6. We had plenty of space and the location was close to town but private at the same time. The creek in the back yard was beautiful. The cabin was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome and our family felt very comfortable there. The owner communicated with us the whole time and we had no issues. We would stay here again for sure!

The cabin, and it’s location is absolutely perfect! No crazy mountain steep driveway to have to worry about, and only 2 steps to access the main level of the home! Which was perfect for my mother who can’t climb a bunch of stairs! We had a wonderful week and would consider renting again.

The property is close to downtown Gatlinburg and the creek outside was definitely a great natural feature. The property is beautiful, clean and has many convenient amenities. The manager is also easy to get in touch with and quick to respond.

Plenty of room for our 8 folks, fair price, clean! My favorite part about this place is that it was so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg! The teens favorite part was the creek and the pool table! All around a great place!

We had a great time! The cabin was great, just wish it was located a little farther off the highway. Yet, it was nice to have only a short 1-mile drive into Gatlinburg.

The property was more than I expected. I had the best time of my life and sharing it with my loved ones was something I will never forget. I spent my 45th birthday here and it was more than I could have asked for. The house was so clean and it felt like you were at home. There was nothing I could complain about. I loved the fireplace and it definitely warmed the house up. The rooms were spacious and roomy. We had a hard time trying to decide which room we wanted to stay in. I loved the hot tub and enjoyed the fire pit. Having coffee in the morning on the patio watching the city wake up was awesome. I would definitely rent this property again and tell others about it as well. I had an amazing time!!!!!!! Thank you Julie for the wonderful experience!!!

We had a fantastic stay!!! The house was clean and beautiful, and we were welcomed with a lit Christmas tree ! We played in the basement for hours, pool and video games and We went in the hot tub and used the fire pit! King beds and a bathroom in each room was awesome !!! The fireplace in the living room made the whole week!!! we were close to everything and still have privacy !!! I have 4 teens and they loved it!!!

Our kids loved the creek! We could have stayed at the cabin the entire time and they wouldn’t have mind. They had a blast. Nice area and location! We even had a bear visit on our second night. He left his footprints on the back patio! How cool is that?! We really enjoyed our stay. Will be back.
