My husband and I brought our toddler for a long weekend out east. The house was lovely for a family with young children. The host had a high chair, toys, and I believe even a pack n play and baby gate available. It was a very tidy, comfortable space with a lovely backyard as well.

Every year my wife and I take our oldest daughter, (31), her boyfriend and her dog away for a Birthday Weekend trip. We try a different location each year. This year our Sag Harbor trip did not disappoint. We had a great weekend at a great house. We were happy when we drove up to the house, and happier when we entered it. We were greeted by a generous snack basket and a fridge full of soda, milk, OJ and bottled water. I told Mary, the owner of this wonderful cute home, that it was our daughter’s birthday. She wrote a thoughtful card and left cupcakes, candles and little girl birthday plates. Mary gave us the start to create many new memories. Our weekend began on a high note. The house was super clean. There was coffee for a Keurig machine in the kitchen. The bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were also super clean and nicely stocked with toiletries. The tv and internet worked well. We especially enjoyed the outside sitting area. If it would have been warm, we would have used the outdoor shower. It’s a nice touch. Overall….. we recommend this house highly. If we return to Sag Harbor, we would only want to stay here again. And, did I already say the house was super clean?! Thank you Mary.

Great location, very clean property, great property management

This is a beautiful, impeccably maintained and remarkably well provisioned property. On our arrival we were greeted with a vase of flowers and a welcome basket filled with snacks. The house was very comfortable, and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area. Mary was great to work with, and quick to answer questions. All in all, one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in!

We had a wonderful long fall weekend! The house is great - very clean and very well equipped. We traveled with a preschooler and infant and Mary contacted me ahead of our trip to let us know she had a pack and play, high chair and baby gate at the house, which were so helpful. Mary also provided snacks and breakfast items which we appreciated. The house is in a great location - we were able to walk to the playground and to town. We also walked to an event at The Church and to the farmer's market and we were in easy driving distance to the beach and the corn maze at Fairview Farm at Mecox. Check in and check out were a breeze. We hope to make it back there sometime soon!

The house us very thing you could want . Great kitchen and dining room and living room and with TVs in each bedroom. Great back yard and 20-minute walk to Sag Harbor.

We loved our time at Mary’s place in Sag Harbor. Everything you need is provided, and we used the kitchen regularly. Fresh seafood available at Serene Green farm stand made for great meals. The house is so close to Sag Harbor and centrally located for everything on the East End. Highlights include sunset on Foster Memorial beach, the Longhouse Reserve, live music at Stephen Talkhouse, Shelter Island and evenings in the back yard, which is a delight. We’ve been to many VRBOs. This is one of the very best. Mary is a great host and is a invaluable resource.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. The location is perfect in a quiet street but only a short walk into town. The garden and gazebo were great to sit out in the evening. We were especially pleased by the basket and the fridge of provisions and the bathroom amenities provided by the owner. We thought Sag Harbor was the nicest of all the places we visited in the Hamptons. Highly recommended.

Well-appointed home, with all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Within walking distance of Main Street and convenient to the rest of the Hamptons. The host is par excellence - super thoughtful and responsive. We look forward to a repeat visit.

This renovated home was a peaceful, private setting within walking distance to the quaint town of Sag Harbor. We had a wonderful time even though the weather turned out to be a little colder than expected. There is a beautifully landscaped yard with a large covered area for sitting and relaxing. We are planning to come back when the weather is warmer. Mary made us feel welcome and we highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful experience renting this house. Convenient to the town center of Sag Harbor, clean, quiet, nice amenities. Owner had a nice layout of snacks/drinks/coffee etc. set out for us. The owner was greatly accommodating to our needs and quickly responded to all our communication. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We took a trip out to Sag Harbor to play some ice hockey at a local rink during the winter. We needed a cozy and close place nearby and Mary’s home was perfect. It was clean roomy, and also had plenty of space for everyone. A perfect backyard area even though we did not use it much, it must be beautiful in the warmer months. It’s the small things that make this place great including the gift basket that Mary had out for us that really made this stay something special. We highly recommend using this home for your next day in the Hamptons!

We rented this house for my husbands 50th birthday. Check in was very easy and Mary was very responsive to my texts. Upon arrival we found birthday balloons and lots of other treats to help make my husbands celebration special. The house was great and very very clean. Everything is updated. The yard is very big and fenced in. We loved that within 10 minutes we could walk into town. Sag Harbor is a lovely town with nice shops. Even in the winter we found things to do.

Process was extremely easy.

Mary made the entire booking, check-in and check-out so friendly and easy. The house was immaculate and cozy. The village of Sag Harbor was so fun to walk around during the holiday season.
