Overall, I was satisfied with the property. The space was adequate. There were a few things advertised such as a grill and hair dryer that were not available. It was also not indicated that the washer and dryer were in a closet outside of the unit. The bathrooms were relatively small and could stand an upgrade. The floors were dirty and had to be mopped.

The condo was not clean upon arrival, we had to sweep the floor. The check out process was not good, we did the work of the cleanup staff.

Check-in took just a few minutes. Loved that. We were able to check in early. Loved that. Very roomy and comfortable. Floors were really dirty. Oven was dirty as well. Kept setting off the smoke detector which should be checked . Two of the beach chairs should be thrown out. One actually rusted apart. Could use more TP and PT. Also, scrubbing sponges would be nice. I think a 3 star would be too low which is why I rated it a 4 star.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo! It was large and had everything we needed. Heated pool was great and the beach was beautiful.

Really enjoyed OV131...we have stayed at this complex for over 20 years and will keep coming back. First time in this unit, which was in the back building of Ocean Villas....right next to elevator which was great for loading and unloading! Very nicely appointed with everything we needed....we hope to be back next year!

The floor was really dirty when we arrived, not very clean. There was ketchup on the floor in front of the fridge that looked like it had been there a while. Floors were so dirty our feet were black on the bottom like it had never been mopped. Long walk to the beach. The condo stayed hot.

Very nice property. Had a great time with my family. The pools were clean and the beach of walking distance. Loved that we were so close to the city of St Augustine and got to tour there as well.

Wonderful stay
Great place to relax with family and friends. There are 2 pools (one heated) and quick easy access to the beach. Lori's place was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture.

Great time in St Augustine
St Augustine is our FL destination of choice and we have been there over a dozen times. We love
the location of Ocean Villas (south of the busy pier but north of the more remote beeches). The two pools, ocean access and large balconies are huge draws. This was our second time at this complex first time in this unit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked (although I don’t come to cook !!), beach toys sufficient, showers were hot, bathrooms were fine. Unit and complex were clean. Had one issue which was promptly resolved by Shawn at Resort Rentals. We look forward to returning.

Basic with Potential
This condo has potential but doesn't quite deliver. The areas of the condo that have been updated are nice. The kitchen, floors, furniture, and paint are nice. The bathrooms are terrible! I can handle outdated bathrooms but these were not clean and in need of immediate attention. I did not call to ask for them to be recleaned because a quick wipe down won't eliminate the years of mold and mildew in the showers and tub. The tile floor in the bathroom is dingy and old. The faucets and drains are nearly rusted through. The condo also only offers the bare minimum. One roll of TP per bathroom, no kleenex, the cheapest bar of soap next to the sinks, no hair dryer, etc. I would not recommend staying at this condo.

Nice place to stay.
Enjoyed our stay. The ants were a pain to deal with, but the owners were promptly responsive to resolve the issue. It would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person available in unit.

Good time
Clean bright living area and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Nice sofas. Great refrigerator. Master bathroom shower was awful. Other shower was great. Gate code was a lot of trouble. Lady in office was rude to my wife. Overall good stay.

Everything about the property was awesome! We loved the location and the owner was great with communication! We Hope to go back to this rental next year!

Pluses and Minuses
The condo has a nice layout/location and comfy beds....BUT it has a bad mildew odor (mold in bedroom vent) and the elevator also had the same mildew odor....only (1) trash bag available for our entire stay (TH - SUN)....dish drain was dirty....ants in the kitchen ...broken bathroom drain....dirty bathroom sink. Possibly provide a list of items guests need to bring. Maybe put a bigger table on the patio to dine outside.

Beautiful beach
A long walk but the beach was really nice, and the pools were great. Nice accommodations. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Overall quite nice.

We loved it here!
A group family/friend trip with some newbies to St Aug and some that have been before. We have never stayed here, but were very pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and location of the condo. The pool was great on a very windy Friday and it is down the street from the beach access for vehicles. The host was responsive and attentive for repaving of the lots during our stay. Absolutely recommend!

Great condo, easy access to pools and beach
Beautiful condo with an updated kitchen. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby and a short drive to downtown area. The keyless water made it easy to check in and out.

Great place in a great community!
We loved our stay here! It was a great property with great amenities. The two pools was very nice and the walk to the beach was not too bad! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you could need! Can’t wait to come back next summer

Great Location and Family Friendly
The property is conveniently located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. There are two lovely pools and ease of access to the beach from the property. The condo flooring has been updated and the kitchen and living area has a nice open floor concept. Off the living room and master bedroom is a view of the pool and lagoon. We had a slight inconvenience with the dryer not working on our arrival but had excellent communication with the owners and other arrangements were made during our stay. Highly recommend these accommodations.

Enjoyable family vacation
This is a lovely property. Best kitchen of any one I’ve stayed in. We had plenty of pots and pans and tools. Coded entries instead of keys are highly convenient. Comfortable beds. Very clean. No troubles with any of the equipment or WiFi. We would stay here again. High value
