Easy process and the place was even better than advertised. Chad was amazing rent from as he checked in on us the whole time. We will definitely look to rent this place again!

Located near most attractions off boardwalk. Unit was perfect size for me and my wife while we stayed a long weekend. Any time I needed assistance, the owner was quick to message back and assist.

Beautiful property and view!!! Helpful listing of all local walkable restaurants/bars. Huge TV in bedroom and living room. Even has fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs if needed :)

Condo was very nice. Main bedroom was comfortable and cozy, TV's were great. Small kitchen but it was fine. Missed having a full size balcony, there was limited storage for our things and the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable (not recommended) but other than those things the place was a great find and the walk to Fagers Island and sunsets can't be beat. I would recommend this location for sure. Host was very accommodating.

I can’t thank this host enough for renting his beautiful condo to my family and I. We were looking to have a peaceful getaway for my father for Father’s Day, and I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful weekend. My family was so comfortable and loved every little detail and thought that went into the place, it was cozy and content and so quiet especially in ocean city. The views are unmatched and the flexibility to walk to the beach and a more private portion of the beach is unbeatable. Please don’t hesitate to stay here with such a timely, communicative and accommodating host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall this condo was better than expected. It was very welcoming and the beds were super comfy. We really appreciated the little "if you forgot" drawer. The views were amazing, it had everything we needed and Chad was super to work with.

I had a great time visiting OC. The condo was perfect for my solo trip to see OC again. I had lived there for a few years and hadn't been back in 20 years. The staff at the front desk were great. You can get to Fagers Island by just walking across a bridge right outside of the building, you will want to have their prime rib. The walk to the beach wasn't far at all either.

My sister and I stayed here to enjoy a couple of nights of kid free time. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice amenities and the sunset view will bring you off the beach early. Easy and quick walk to the beach and good restaurants. The host is quick to respond, thorough, and very nice.

We enjoyed pur stay. The apartment is located in very central location and with lots of activity. The resturents and bars close by were very active amd if ot was not forour 2 and 5 year old we would probably have made more use of them. But were there for the beaches, little walking trolls, small people's activities and that qas all close by. Chad was very easy goonh, helpfull and kind. Overall I highly recommend this place to those who like to enjoy everthing iconic about OC.

AHHHHHHMazing!! Place was exactly as pictured and described!!! Perfect for me and my hubby to get away for a few days!! Absolutely breathtaking view of the sunset everynight, right on the bay, very peaceful, adorable place!!! Had everything we needed. Plan to return again for sure!!!

Property was perfect for our family size and our quick trip to Ocean City Maryland. Loved the location and the view from the patio! Easy walk to the beach, 7-eleven around the corner for snacks.

The location was great! Beautiful bay views. Super short walk to the ocean beach. The hotel is a bit dated...but Chad decorated his space perfectly! Loved the phone charging pads in every room!! He was super helpful and offered advice for our first visit to OC! Thanks for a great trip!

309 was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. Chad checked in via Vrbo messages to make sure we were settled when we first got there. We could tell they cared about the experience we had! The bay view was beautiful!

Was so happy with the location of this place! We were able to comfortably walk to Seacrets and Macky's (our fave) and had a fabulous Surf and Turf dinner at Fager's Island. Cute and comfortable it was def small but the perfect getaway for me and my boyfriend!

We loved our short stay at Chad’s place! We went for a short stint (4 days) during my son’s Spring Break. The three of us were very comfortable and cozy. My son slept on the pull out couch in the living room, while my husband and I enjoyed the absolutely charming bedroom. The condo was impeccably clean. I mean super clean! The condo has been remodeled and is just lovely. The bay view and sunset are incredible and memorable.... PLUS we were in walking distance of some great restaurants (Chad was kind enough to recommend a few places for us when I chatted with him). There were some noisy guests next door, which I let Chad know about, and Chad promptly alerted the manager of the complex and the issue was immediately resolved. My son really enjoyed the two game rooms at the complex, while my husband enjoyed the gym on the rooftop floor which had an incredible bay view. Personally I loved the jacuzzi bathtub in the condo. The only downside was that the internet was spotty so we could not enjoy Disney+ and the other many apps on the two TVs in the unit. Not Chad’s fault. The complex was undergoing a change with their internet provider. I loved the condo so much that I plan to go back by myself for a mommy weekend getaway Absolutely would recommend Chad’s lovely condo!!!

Great location--4 blocks to the beach. The resort has a killer game room for kids, and a truly charming 5th floor library/billiard room right underneath a gorgeous work out spot. The room is small, but fully furnished and the bathroom is large and tub made my girlfriend very happy. In season, looks like a good pool and hot tub. They said bring lots of stuff, but surprisingly had lots of it. The kitchen is SMALL but accurately depicted in the listing. The biggest drawback--if a crumb of food was left on the dining/living room floor, ants congregated immediately. No big deal for us, but if that would freak you out...
