We arrived late at night and there wasn't any parking spots.

It was clean for the most part and the beds were pretty comfortable. The shower and the bathroom were also very clean. The lobby was kept clean too.

They didn't tell us what time breakfast was and it wasn't something we could find easily so we didn't and up taking advantage of that. But honestly, the thing I absolutely despised the most were all the "extra fees" and added tax that's due on top of the incredibly overpriced cost per night. At over $200 a night, it is a mid level (if that) hotel that doesn't offer anything other than a lobby with a pool table and a small gym. Why so expensive? Then you arrive and are charged extra for a crowded parking lot since it's not included and insane taxes and fees. Why wouldn't this just be incorporated into the cost per night? It feels like shady practices and extremely misleading. You think you'll be paying one amount only to pay almost $200 more after all the added nonsense. I'll likely never stay here again and can't see myself recommending it either. It's also incredibly strange to me that there aren't microwaves in the rooms.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations

We had an elephant in the room above us. We had a loud TV next to us. Not the quietest hotel.

The breakfast was the usual hotel fare.

No charge for parking!!! Also the coffee was not that great and there seemed to be only the chemical Coffee Mate to put in it! YUCK! I could have stood the coffee if there was real dairy creamer.

The breakfast was exceptionally poor. Do you not have a good bakery in Manchester? What happened to your cereal selection. Overall, the breakfast was pathetic.

The elevator security system - focus on the basics!

We love Tru properties. We no longer book hotels based on price. Every time I travel, I look for Tru wherever we are staying. This was another wonderful experience staying at Tru.

Crowded !! Lines with little staff at breakfast .. Biggest issue was blond hair all over floor and room not clean !!! Front desk just gave us a card to call the manager ; who did not answer mobile or office phone .

Ok breakfast, clean rooms...it was fine.

Staff didn't understand how to charge electric vehicles, and it caused massive troubles down the line, as I was unable ot reach my destination. should be easier.

Easy access to event I was going to. Also liked the cleanliness of hotel. The room and bathroom have minimalistic furniture so you have more room to move around.

The parking spaces were very tight.

The staff were very kind and courteous. Front desk was clean and although there were several people in line...it moved quickly.

I didn't like that there was no rug in the guest room. It made the room feel more like a dormitory than a hotel.

The water pressure was unbelievable! Super clean and the staff was very attentive!
