Good value for money, overnight stay for late flight arrival. Room adequate size, good black-out window treatment, amenities in room. Bed ave comfort level for me. Did not have breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The halls were filthy, rooms were dated and appeared dirty. There was food left in my mini fridge from previous people. People were loud.

The room was as pictured and very clean. Everything was in working order. The location was beautiful and very close to the airport. The bed was so comfortable, firm, but like sleeping on a pillow. We especially liked the breakfast buffet which included fresh fruit, all sorts of breads, cereal, coffee, juice, as well as hot items such as scrambled eggs and a meat, and a do it yourself waffle maker. There was an attendant who continually replenished the items and kept everything clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Check in was very efficient. The room was comfortable. We had an early flight. The front desk put us on the schedule for a 6am pickup for transportation.. The van was there for us as scheduled and brought us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We appreciate the good service.

Short stay but appreciated the convenience. Only issue was at check in. Since I made reservation thru Hotels.com and put names of persons staying in the rooms on the reservation, the front desk would not take my credit card for the room where the family member had not yet arrived. Eventually it did get applied properly, but was annoying that couldn't do it at check in.

Front receptionist was outstanding. They went to some effort to accommodate our request to have a quiet room. Very friendly. Everything was perfect Breakfast selection was very nice: eggs, Make your waffles, oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit as well as the usual breads and pastries.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning services and then the customer service by receptionist and management. I didn't get any cleaning service during my stay of 4 days. Then I was told by receptionist that she reported to her manager and cleaning manager and I should expect a call from one of them. Nobody called. I followed up 3 times and every time same answer, you will get a call tomorrow. totally unprofessional!

I stayed there checked in my room was dirty had to get another room got another room when I went to use the bathroom the light didn't work but that time there was no mating so I went a whole night and next day with no bathroom light

A comfortable nights sleep. A good shower. Parking was good. Area for dog was appreciated. Must note our fridge and coffee pot did not work. Breakfast was ok. Eggs terrible. Fresh fruit available also saw a waffle maker. Staff was kind.
