The kids loved the layout of the home being three stories and the architecture and layout is beautiful. The layout was functional and we loved all that the place had to offer. Well stocked. Only downfall was the city living noise and parking was hit or miss but if you are used to city living it comes with the territory.

Cool old house with plenty of room for a group. Less than an hour to all of the distilleries we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

We were very pleased with our overall experience. The home was clean and and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and met our needs. We enjoyed the large dining room table. The noise of overhead planes was a bit annoying but otherwise all was well. This is a great place to stay.

The street parking is a little frustrating. Had to walk a while a couple times because street was full. House was very nice.

We had a girls extended weekend and stayed at the Trifecta. It was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone, beautifully decorated and very clean. It is in a great location to many of the tourists spots so no long drives and a lot of restaurants near by. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Love this home! We had the best stay. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and have their own space. The home was super clean and there were lots of extra touches to enhance our stay. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and I loved the large dining table! The kitchen was well equipped to cook and eat-in, but there are also places within walking distance. The location was perfect as you could get all around the city, downtown, and the airport very quickly. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very walkable and street parking was always available. There is a fire pit on the back patio, but it was windy so we weren’t able to use it. Jane, the host, was super responsive and she gave me some recommendations for local events happening during our stay, which we really appreciated. I hope to visit Louisville again and will absolutely stay here!

Five Bedrooms ! Each of us ladies had our own room. We are high school friends for over 50 years on our yearly trip and this was the first time we each got our own room. Plus the house had a great room for us to gather and laugh and enjoy each others company. Huge dining room table, completely stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, Firepit and smores supplies which we were not able to use due to our schedule and were tired by the end of the day and just wanted to sit and talk and have some adult beverages together in the evening. St James Art show was just up the street. Food Tours and History Tours some in walking distance. We did a lot of walking but also had a car for tours to distilleries. This was a Great Location. Some of the girls heard airplanes overhead, but then some of us slept through it. Definitely would recommend this VRBO. The owner was very accommodating to us about changing our first reservation when something came up and we needed to change to a few months later, as well as any think we asked.

Worked great- 2nd year staying for Louder Than Life music festival. Great for big group and easy access to various spots in Louisville. We mostly went to and from the festival. Nice and welcoming home. Thanks for hosting. Many nice touches - especially the kitchen stuff available, makes life easier.

Our family spent a long weekend here as a meeting place. This house was wonderful! The place is stocked full of all the right stuff! Jane is just a wonderful person, she even sent my cash that I accidentally left in the drawer. She taught me how to use Zelle and I had back in my pocket before I got back to KC! We had a great experience staying here! The house was beautiful and spacious! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Jane was great to work with and she was so quick to communicate and answer questions! I would highly recommend this home and would definitely book it again!!

This lovely old house offered great spaces to gather, eat, and sleep. We were in Louisville for busy days, the house was close to the convention center and offered the perfect place to relax ... it was quite and have friends over. With a nice sized 't.v.' room a large dinning table, well equipped kitchen that also had seating, we had options. There was also a nice enclosed yard that we hoped to enjoy but it was far to hot. The bedrooms were spacious and warmly decorated. The 2nd floor baths were a bit small but very functional. 3rd floor bath was large. I would recommend staying here. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond.

Property was awesome. I was admittedly worried about parking but it was fine. Kitchen was great to cook breakfast in. I would highly recommend it.

Our party was in town for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo Center. Jane was an awesome host and our party loved our stay. The house was spacious for our party; we loved that we could walk to restaurants and for icecream!

Fabulous property and location! Our host Jane was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We chose this property for our annual ladies getaway and it did not disappoint. Also, the street parking was never a problem, we never had any trouble getting a spot to park close to the house. I highly recommend booking for a memorable stay!

Beautifully decorated house and true to the website description. Several places to go within walking distance. A/C worked well, and comfortable beds. Large dining room for all 10 of us. Issues with gas grill on arrival were resolved quickly. Back patio and chairs needed to be hosed down and area sprayed for mosquitoes. Bottle torches full of water- could not light. Oven needed cleaning. Overall, a great place to stay!!

We sure enjoyed our 4 night stay! This is a great house and was perfect for our family of 10. We had everything we needed and had a fire on the patio with complimentary s’mores twice! Thank you for everything!

We really loved our stay at this house. My communications with the owner were awesome. She could not have been nicer. The house had everything and was so comfortable and charming. The patio was great for the boys cigars and fire pit. The dining room table is huge and perfect for our card games with bourbon and wine. The bourbon trail and horse farm were just fabulous. Kentucky is the new Napa valley. We will be back many times. Lots more distilleries to experience. Five stars!!

This property was cute, clean, comfortable and convenient. The owners thoughtfully covered every detail to ensure a wonderful stay!! This was the perfect property for our multi family stay. And the owners were VERY accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this property and stay her again.

The house worked perfectly for our four families including one teenager, one preteen and one newborn. The four bathrooms worked great as we prepared for a wedding. Location is awesome.
