Excellent location and clean property. The check-in instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Communication with Kasa regarding early check-in was excellent and timely.

Our unit at Kasa was great for two couples. There was plenty of room in a nicely kept apartment. Easy walking distance to downtown and the Highlands, and a longer walk to RiNo. The pool gave us a much needed break from the heat!

I only received an entry code for our unit number not a code to access the building or elevator. Was unaware 2 codes were needed. It was late and we were struggling, but KASA answered my call quickly and gave me the building access code. The rest of the stay was wonderful!

Location was excellent - safe and close to everything. Property was clean. Property owner responded quickly to a coffee pot issue. Could not have asked for more

Some basic tools and kitchen utensils were missing like a corkscrew, roasting pan, cookie sheet. Also, the carpet really needed cleaning in the bedroom. And the floor had missing wood that could cause a tripping hazard. The coffee pot didn't work either. The most aggravating thing was that the keys stopped working 1/2 hour before check-out when we were trying to load things out and into the car. That was extremely annoying.

Property is large and in a great location. It is easy to walk around and go to union station. We comfortably had 5 people stay. Kitchen is nice and stocked with dishes, etc. My complaints are a decent amount of wear and tear, including marks on the walls, the coffee table was very tipsy and the flooring was literally sliding apart in a few locations. I think a few fixes and a good carpet cleaning would make this look like new. Finally, Saturday night, it sounded like explosions were going on right outside for several hours between 1-4 am. I have no idea what it was, but it was so loud and frequent that I was googling explosions to find out what was going on. I hardly slept. I think it may have been some trucks doing something but it was ridiculous the noise level and time of night. I hope that isn’t a frequent occurrence because if so I would never stay in that area again!

Loved it!

We wanted to stay somewhere with our 2 kids under 7 that gave a home like feel, had something for them to do within walking distance and had a pool. This place checked all boxes and allowed us easy in and out access as we explored Denver and other nearby towns. Only recommendation is to have some kid friendly cups, plates and bowls...I was worried they'd break the set they had.

The Kasa apartment is a really good set up. Four adults were very comfortable. We had a slow draining sink which was taken care of promptly. There is a riverfront park right across the street and we walked to every meal out and the grocery store.

The property is exactly as listed. Excellent for two couples, price was worth the stay. Property Management answered my questions and concerns promptly. The property was overall impeccably cleaned and smelled good when we arrived, location is perfect. Just a note to Please pay attention to the the cleanliness of ceiling fans and hair left on couch....I would most definitely reccomend and stay again.

This was perfect for our Denver trip. Really spacious, clean, great customer service. The only thing I would say is that there wasn't a lot of kitchenware which made cooking tougher, especially for a longer stay. But overall a fantastic stay, would definitely stay at Kasa again.

There is no drier in the apt
