The house was everything advertised. Great location, clean and very well kept. Tony is a great host and we will be going back.

This property worked very well for our spring training baseball vacation. There was ample space for the 4 seniors in our group. The property was clean, quiet, safe, and convenient to the areas we were there to visit. Communication was easy with the host. We would recommend to others and would stay there again ourselves if we visit that area again.

We had a fabulous time. Place was everything we needed to feel like home. Plenty of space was not far from stores we went to Clearwater was great.

We were in town to visit UT and USF. This was a great property to stay at to get to both. We also were able to explore the area easily. Great property.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet, nice and safe. There are malls and beaches are about 15 mins -20 mins away respectively. Owner was accessible if needed and responsive.

The check in was great, Tony was standing by to assist with the process. We had everything we needed and the property was as advertised. The location couldn't have been better 12 minutes from downtown with grocery, drugstores, restaurants abd of course a super W--mart close by. I will definitely book again and recommend.

you list a 4 bedroom and it mot , its a 3 bedroom with a sleeper it’s misleading.

Disappointed with slow internet, batteries not working in tv remote, the screened porch area not suitable to use and overall cleanliness could be improved

We really enjoyed and loved the property. We had minor problems with the televisions. We could hardly get anything to connect the second night. But we managed and just played music and card games.

House is great. Love the hard floors, firestick tvs, and bedrooms. Master bathroom was outstanding. Owner was able to answer my questions within a hour or sooner. House is within 5 min of walmart and publix.

THE PROPERTY was just what we expected and in impeccable condition We thoroughly enjoyed the stay ! I recommend this place to families and just about everyone, Plenty of room !!!!

This home was spacious and beautiful; there was plenty of room for our party of 9. Communication with the host was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place for us to stay and get ready for the big event!

Was a great location and the townhouse was spacious and comfortable.

The positives: The place had lots of room. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and modern. The kitchen had things like different kinds of coffee pots to accommodate pods or drip coffee. There was cooking oil, salt and pepper, plastic sandwich bags (which were very helpful) and an extra roll of paper towels. Lots of room to park. Checking in was easy as it is a fully automated process. Anthony was very responsive while we were there. The negatives: First thing we saw when we walked in was a dirty tablecloth on the dining table. There were still crumbs on the table and there was a crusted drip of jam on one side. The upstairs toilet wouldn't flush after my son used it for the first time and we couldn't find a plunger. I called Anthony, who responded quickly and stayed on the phone with me until we found a plunger. We plunged the toilet and it worked fine from then on. There was a used washcloth left in the upstairs master shower. We didn't touch it and it didn't keep us from using the shower, but that plus the tablecloth had us questioning how thoroughly the place was being cleaned. There was only one towel that was big enough to use as a bath towel. The remaining bath towels must've been made for very small people. They were bigger than hand towels, but not big enough to fully wrap around myself -- and I'm not a large person. The towel situation was also odd in that there was a dishtowel in the downstairs bathroom for drying your hands but only one decorative dishtowel in the kitchen that I didn't want to use. The dishwasher was left full and it wasn't clear whether the dishes were clean or dirty, so we just rewashed them. But it did mean that we were unloading the previous guest's dishes -- which is fine, but I've never had to do that in a VRBO. The sponge that was left for washing dishes was used and not in great shape -- again, not a huge deal, but usually, VRBOs will have new items like that for use. I was a little turned off that the owner started texting at 9 to ask if I'd be getting out early so that he could get it cleaned before the next guests came. It wouldn't take much to make this a 5 star place, like newer and larger towels, a coat of paint, and some better cleaners. Anthony was a good host and maybe the cleaners had just had a bad day the day we arrived. Overall, 4 stars.

My family and I came to Tampa for a little getaway. The house was very nice and clean. I gave it 5 stars, although I thought it lacked in just a couple areas. While not listed in what was included, I guess I expected "the so much more" included toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, etc., which were not. There were 2 bars of soap and hand soap in all the bathrooms, which made it reasonable. I just didn't pack accordingly, if I did the experience would have been almost perfect. The second, was the "lanai". It was very spacious and after sweeping, it wasn't so dirty. The only seating were some old, dusty, dirty chairs, but I can still appreciate it. Without those, I guess the picture did not show any seating. I was just caught off guard. There were a few sand toys and Uno cards for the children to play, but that was it. The layout of the house was great. Again, it was very clean. The pantry had some essentials. The dishes were nice. There weren't any dishes for the children. It's still okay, just things I look for. I had to use a used sponge. There weren't any extra. The view is nice but, there's not much yard in the back. And watch out for the front tree. It's bee city in there!

This place was great! Plenty of room for everyone and it is a very beautiful condo. The owner was available anytime I had a question and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The house was perfect for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The place was clean and very comfortable. It was nice to come to after being out all day and was very conveniently located for going different places throught the surrounding area. Tony was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had.

This place is fantastic! We annually attend Major League Baseball spring training during the month of March, and this property was the best of all properties we have stayed. Everything in the property description is 100% accurate, although it was even nicer than the pictures. Anthony was very easy to work with, and responded immediately to any of our questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Tampa area.

The host made sure everything was ready us upon checkin! From the initial booking through check-in and on to check-out, communication was SPOT ON! This home is breathtaking and conveniently located near many attractions. Though the home sleeps 8, there is ample space for everyone to spread out! Spacious and fully stocked kitchen (we love to cook), lounging areas for late night board games and gathering, cable in every room, washer/dryer, and contactless checkin process. what’s not to love. It’s evident that The host takes great care of his property and his guests. Though we never needed anything, he made sure to check in to ensure we were satisfied. Any large families with kiddos of varying ages, this home is a MUST! We will be booking here again!

We rented this house for a weekend getaway and we were so impressed with Anthony's attention to detail. He provided all details ahead of time and check in was simple. We loved this home, spacious open floor plan, four rooms perfect for large families. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.
