The room wasn't ready at 10 p.m. the front desk were very unprofessional.

The pool lights, the nicely lighted parking lot, the hot breakfast and some of the staff.

The TV did not have ABC, our 1st room smelled like urine and mold, there was something nasty under a piece of clear plastic under the sofa mattress. There were ants everywhere on the pool deck, there were no pool towels, and when we asked for the common area to be opened for a large group who wanted to watch the hockey game, we were told no. When I asked if an exception could be made given all the other problems we had, she said I would wait and tell the manager in the morning. The next morning, the manager said this should've never happened and apologized. I'd feel better getting some of my money back, not an I'm sorry after the fact. Paying customers don't mean anything to Choice Hotels? Radisson was so much better.

there was dust in the room, they did not provide us with bed linen for the sofa, and when they brought it, it was crumpled, and the mattress on the sofa was without a cover and very dirty. Sometimes the elevators didn't work

Muy mal servicio, las habitaciones tienen mal olor, el personal no es amable, nos quedamos 1 noche y nos cobraron por 2 noches. No le recomiendo este hotel a nadie y sigo esperando mi reembolso por parte del hotel.

Staff was disrespectful and rude. Never gave us the WiFi password
