House was large and well appointed. Hosts had everything we needed. Just bring beach towels, clothes and food. So easy. Plenty of parking. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great week and will definitely be back.

We love the location and the beautiful views from the front porch. We are repeat renters and our family loves vacating there.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners were helpful, responsive and a delight. The house was everything we wanted, from the location to the great spaces inside the house for us to gather together or to have some alone time. The front porch is an absolute delight for the sunrise and the back porch for amazing sunsets. There were great toys for the kiddos to play on that kept them occupied for hours when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed. Just a fantastic time and already have our next trip booked!

This vacation was fantastic Jennifer couldn’t be a better host! The house has Everything you could need! The sound of the ocean at night is the best sleep you could ever have. We have a large family and were so comfortable and felt right at home

Plenty of room, parking and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Specious backyard and a lovely enclosed front porch for that great ocean view. We made some wonderful family memories there. Love it!

We were so happy to find this home to stay in for our family get away! This home was in the perfect location and had everything you need. The front porch is the gem of this house as it faces the ocean and the watching the sunrise every morning was amazing, we spent so much time on the porch just enjoying the view and each others company. Paul and Jennifer were great with communication, we could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you so much!!

Great location. Big house with a lot of kitchen accessories. Dated and not very clean and the main shower is in the basement which is uncomfortable for some people. Owner is terrific

We had a fabulous time at the beach house at york! Can’t beat the view and the proximity to the beach. It was very roomy and perfect for a larger group. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the salt air breeze. Loved the fire pit and the front porch! Thank you for a great stay.

Truly amazing home and location. We booked it for its proximity to the beach. We’ll book it again just to have another sunrise/sunset from the sun room. Great experience, I would highly recommend.

Kind and wonderful owners made sure we had everything we needed to ensure another fantastic year. The property is cozy and the location cannot be beat! We appreciated not having to wrestle and strap in the kiddos in to go to the beach.

This is our second year staying at this home and hope to return for years to come ! It’s like a home away from home so comfortable and the front porch is amazing with those views! Jennifer has been great always get right back to you for anything you may need a pleasure to talk to always helpful! This is a home you don’t want to overlook !! This is the second year we've stayed here on Long Sands. I don't even know how I can explain what a wonderful experience our family had in this wonderful beach house! We enjoyed relaxing and spending time with family, some who visited and some who stayed. The location is on the quieter end of the beach. You lose the beach at high tide but there are stairs and some rocks where you can enjoy time in the beach chairs provided while waiting for the sand to return. (which also keeps some of the beachgoers away, choosing to go further down the beach. ;-) ) The walk from the house to the far end of the beach is about 2 miles round trip, which we enjoyed very much! The house has everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation, whether you decide to make elaborate meals or go out to the local restaurants. (several within walking distance) We used the gas grill for a cookout one afternoon, which was a lot of fun! The view of Nubble Light right from the picture window on the porch, can't be beat!!! I'm not a morning person, but I had to get up each morning to watch the sunrise!!! It's an absolutely beautiful experience! The beds were comfortable and plentiful. There is room for at least 12 people to sleep in actual beds upstairs plus there are several couches to add extra sleeping space. This house is so big, you can find a place to have a little time to yourself even with a large group. There are plenty of puzzles and games there, which we used on our first visit, but this visit we brought our own Nubble Light puzzle that we had purchased during our trip the year before! We had 3 "littles" visit one afternoon and they were excited to use some of the many toys available. If you need to stay connected, the wifi is excellent. There are two TVs in the house. (one in the living room and one on the porch, so you can watch the game with a beautiful view of the beach) Jen and Paul are very easy to work with and communication is excellent!

We had a wonderful time at this fabulous house! Plenty of room for our group of 9. Every amenity we needed was there. The front porch overlooking the ocean is priceless. Being steps from the beach is super convenient. This was our second stay and we hope to be back again!

This property is so comfortable and well stocked with everything one would need for a fun vacation on the beach! The porch is lovely!

We stayed here with a large group of 3 families, 6 adults, 7 kids and 1 dog and it was absolutely perfect for us! So much room for everyone. There were outdoor toys for the kids to play with out back when they needed a break from the beach or when the tide was up. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook/ eat. Jennifer was extremely helpful with anything we needed and truly cared about us having the best time. The house felt like home and made our trip the best one yet! We will miss this home terribly as they’re all booked up for 2022 but as soon as we’re able to, we will be booking for 2023 and every year thereafter!

Loved the whole experience from check in to check out. Plenty of room inside and outside with a gorgeous enclosed front porch. They even had games, chairs and beach stuff. We rented next year.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home with panoramic ocean views!! The home was equipped with everything we needed and more…comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs umbrellas and rafts! Our favorite days ended sitting around the gas fire pit while listening to the ocean:) we can’t wait to go back next year!! The O’Leary family:)

I could sit on the porch and look at that ocean view forever. House accommodated our large family well. Everything you could possibly need for cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of fresh towels, lawn chairs, toys for the little ones, games to play. York Wild Animal Kingdom & Zoo, beaches, restaurants all close by.

This is a great place, lots space, giant porch looking straight at the ocean waves, dog/kid/family friendly, has everything under the sun you could every need! Helpful and friendly hosts, washer and dryer, grill, nice backyard space, lots of toys for big and little kids! Highly recommend!

The place was excellent!! Very clean and extremely close to beach! We all loved it and recommend it to everyone!! We hope to return again. Jenn, Paul and Nancy were very friendly and easy to talk with about any problems which we had none!!

My family including myself, the hubby, our two small kiddos as well as my mother in law, father in law, aunt, and uncle all stayed here for a week and let me tell you being literally steps from the ocean was unbeatable. Even though I was up at 4am with my kiddos every day it was worth it to see the sunrise over the ocean from my very own front porch or to make the short drive to the nubble to see first light. With 8 people and a dog in the house we were worried about space but it was never an issue! The clawfoot tub was a pleasure for the kids as well as all the toys and chairs beach stuff. This was our first real family vacation since our oldest son was born with medical complexities and may be my father in laws last as he was diagnosed Christmas 2020 with pancreatic cancer and for him to be able to see his family play on the beach even when he was too tired to make it there himself right from the front porch was priceless! We cannot wait to see you again in 2022 and thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home and to make great memories!

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend the house was more than we could ask for had everything you could think of , Jennifer is great and helpful with any thing you need ! And the porch !!!! you sit there and you’ll never want to leave ! AMAZING!

We really enjoyed our extended weekend at this property! It was close to the beach, town, and the lighthouse and the perfect place to come back after a long day of exploring. We can’t wait to come back in the summer!
