How close it was to the ocean.

Climbing 3 flights of stirs..but level that the best view. Only giving us 2 tiny bags of ice.

the sunrise view was worth getting up for in the morning!

it was nice, clean but the wi fi was difficult cutting in and out.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The views of Boone and Nubble Lighthouses were great!

The ONLY complaint I would have is the coffee maker was dirty. Other then that, absolutely NO complaints.

The desk staff were just lovely. We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and they left us a lovely card and a gift bag with goodies. Very sweet.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty. What would have been helpful for us would have been a handicapped height toilet and a larger bed, but we would definitely come back.

All the stairs. We were on third floor and has no elevator. But it made for great views!

the employees were very friendly and offered us suggestions for dinner within walking distance. every time we saw them they went out of their way to say hi

We have stayed before! Love having the ocean right across the road!

They were having issues with their internet all weekend. No internet actually, so inside nothing would even work bc of little cell service in that area too! Not their fault. They had people working on it, just nothing was resolved. Only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. The motel is right on the ocean and the rooms have full ocean views. York, ME is a great beach town; I had a great time!

Enjoyed sitting on balcony watching ocean. Room was comfortable, loved having kitchen sink, microwave and mini fridge available.

No elevator; Third floor a bit rough if mobility challenged but a lower floor room could take care of that.

Beautiful location! We only stayed a night but will be back next year for a week. Super clean and friendly staff. View was breathtaking.
