Excellent breakfest, nice location, close to the zoo .... food near by was a bonus..... staff very helpful with what is around the local area.

Comfy beds

During check in, the receptionist didn’t even greet me when I walked up. She kept messing with papers. I had to interrupt and ask to be waited on. She seemed off in space, maybe slammed that night but you can tell she was preoccupied.

Very clean, positive looking faciility. Breakfast options were great. Right off major roadway.

Everything! The entire facility is clean and beautiful. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beds we’re comfortable and the pillows amazing. The breakfast included warm breakfast sandwiches and excellent coffee was available 24/7.

Nothing- it was wonderful

The bed was uncomfortable, no carpet in the rooms left it very cold at night, hostess at desk was texting and made us wait until she was finished. She kept telling us we were lucky to get the room, since their was a lot of softball tournaments in the area.

The breakfast was good, adequate. However, I was looking for decaf tea of which you had none. Also, it would be good to have almond or coconut milk or any none dairy milk available for those who can’t drink regular cow’s milk.

We stayed two days and asked for housekeeping service after the first night. We left the hotel around 7:30 am and came back around 8:00 pm and our room was still not taken care of. I would think that should’ve been done early in the day. We were both tired and very angry it wasn’t taken care of. Also, the floor of the shower was slippery. It needs to be cleaned better plus there was a spider in there.

Indoor pool and gym were great to chill out. Very comfortable rooms with different pillows, clean and nice and clean bathroom. Awesome breakfast as well.

Shower water was only Luke warm

Bathroom smell like urine and seems like its not deep clean as well.

I stayed here by myself and I felt very safe. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I stay here every time I am in Hilliard for treatments.

I wish breakfast had toast or breakfast sandwiches without meat.

Basic needs met but lacking attention to detail

Had to relocate out room due to leaking window. Previous occupant put used tissue back in box was unnoticed by housekeeping, post Covid this seems like a HUGE oversight. I might not have noticed except I was unfortunately ill during my stay and reached for a tissue to find a crusty used one in the box. I blame the previous occupant but still, horrifying and disgusting. Breakfast sandwiches were stale. Due to no carpet it sounded like an elephant parade in the evening and morning.

Good price, comfortable bed, good location, friendly staff, clean, USB and 3 prong outlets on both bedside tables.

The breakfast was a little subpar.

The location was perfect, and the staff were excellent.

There was nothing I didn't like! ☺️
