We definitely enjoyed our stay will be staying there again in the future

Stained sheet on the bed got replaced although they just gave it to us and we had to change it ourselves. The smell in the room and the hallway is overwhelming! I don't know what it is and it's not strong but it made me nauseous by the morning. I could not wait to get out and felt perfect just 30 minutes breathing the fresh air. Opening windows and the fan didn't help - the smell was there. Breakfast is practically non-existent - a couple of muffins, bags of instant oatmeal and hot water. The coffee ran out by the time we came fown for breakfast and nobody was there to refill it. This is the worst hotel I've ever staid in and just on this trip it was our 31st day n the road. I would have preferred sleeping in the car and breathing fresh air to this.

I have stayed at adjacent hotels many times but just felt unsafe at this location. No washer dryer as advertised on one site. Room was dirty and hotel was under construction on a very busy weekend that I am assuming is why the discounted rate for that room.

The staff was amazing! Especially the young woman who checked me in. The room was very clean as well as the hotel. Very very nice place!! Very close to stores which was convenient when we needed a few things.

Hot Water took a long time to get hto, both in the shower and the bathroom faucet.

I would have given 4 stars but on my last night (out of 4) it was so noisy. People were running up and down the hall, laughing until after 11:00. I also could hear a dog barking on several days. Room was clean and comfortable. I asked for tissues and never got them. But overall I was pleased.

Bathroom was trashed. Mold all over the shower. Main door to our hotel room would not even latch correctly . So was left open and unlocked all night. Tv did not work.

The first room they gave us was a little bit stinky like Bo. But they gave us another room and it was fabulous. Very nice about it too didn't give me any attitude. Just gave me a new room.

Construction in hallway. Wires hanging from ceilings, dips on floor. Room: stayed for 4 days/3 nights. Room was NOT CLEANED, called front desk and they just made excuses. Supervisor came to room and I asked for clean towels, nothing came. Pillows were 1/2 size standard pillow. Bed uncomfortable.
