This home looks exactly like the pictures and is accurately described. We stayed with two big families and there was plenty of space for everyone. I do not love this complex of homes - it is crowded, loud, and pretty long haul to the absolutely PACKED tiny strip of public beach. But... if you love Destin and are looking to visit other beaches you drive to or do activities outside this area, you will love this home. The home itself is lovely and the owners are super kind.

What a dreamy beach house! We can’t think of one thing we’d change about the house- tastefully decorated, very well appointed, and fantastic location. The space feels bright and open and airy. It’s easy to tell this home is privately owned and managed, as the attention to detail is on point. We loved the proximity of the neighborhood in Crystal Beach. Situated right between restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Our favorite thing was definitely the pool. By far the most gorgeous pool we’ve been to. The house is literally across from the pool, which was so nice as we could run back and forth to get things pretty easily. We split our time between the pool and the beach. Destin beaches are just so beautiful. We walked to the beach and also used the neighborhood shuttle. The walk is pretty easy, through tree lined quiet streets. The shuttle was super convenient, picking us up from right in front of the house and dropping us off right at the beach access. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is excellent. The owner is nice and he solved questions very quickly. We enjoyed the trip.

House was amazing and very inviting. Beds were so comfortable and the separate living rooms were ideal for our teens. Great location and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this house to all. Perfect for our 3 family vacation together!

The property was amazing! The picture truly don't do it justice. Very clean and welcoming. It does not feel like a rental property, but rather your own beach house. I feel like the distance from the house to the beach was misleading in the description. It was a haul especially with carry things, but they do have a shuttle service that made up for the distance from the water. The pool was close and nice, but the hot tub and 2 of the pool waterfalls were out of service. The pool staff on duty was not friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but we were not treated kindly and we were very respectful to the area. Therefore I feel her attitude was unjustified. The owners of the house were very personable! It started off great, but then it honestly turned into too much. Texting and checking in constantly. Again, at first I thought it was wonderful how personable they were, but then it became like we were being spied on during our entire stay. They have cameras! I'm hoping not inside but I wouldn't be surprised. Their home is in excellent condition and is absolutely beautiful, but we felt like we were being watched during our entire stay. It honestly made us very nervous and took some of the relaxation and enjoyment out of our trip. Again, the owners are very very nice! It was just too much and I want to give an honest review. In their defense, one of my family members did break one of their house rules which they identified immediately through their camera system. They were very understanding when they didn't have to be, so for that I am extremely thankful! Overall the property was great, but next time we will probably choose something closer to the beach, especially given the price we paid.

Rick and Tiffany have done such an amazing job creating the perfect beach ambiance, and made the transition from our home to theirs completely flawless. The kitchen is completely stocked which made meals at the house a complete breeze. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, Rick and Tiffany were incredible hosts and truly out shined the competition!
