From the moment we set foot in the space, it was very welcoming. There were small conveniences that made living there so comfortable and pleasant that we could just focus on our vacation. The host was reachable and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Great property with a beautiful view. Centrally located. Tons of stuff in the kitchen that helps when you love to cook. Would recommend if you enjoy cooking and comfortable living quarters

We loved this house and location. It was perfect! It lived up to the photos and even more. We travel a ton and it’s one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It’s clean and spacious and peaceful. Management is on it immediately too if you need anything. We will stay again for sure!

The home was beautifully decorated and in a nice location with access to the ocean and bay. Main disappointment was the bathroom situation. We expected 3 bathrooms during our stay based on the advertisement. However, the 3rd bathroom was not accessible from inside the house. This was very frustrating.

We stayed for a kids Soccor tournament. The place has a great feel to it and very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. The kitchen is beautifully done. Great location to Long Beach and our family had a wonderful stay. Very quiet location which we wanted at the end of a long day.

The beach house was wonderful! The directions were east to follow. It’s about 35 minutes from LAX. Close to the beach, a shopping center and restaurants. Carmen provides everything you could possibly want and need. The home is very clean and spacious. Just right for my family. Thanks Carmen!

We had a great stay at the beach house! Property manager was available to take my calls to help instruct when I had questions. Kitchen was easy to use with full of equipments and utensils. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

This home was very clean and equipped with many extras to increase the enjoyment of your stay. The one very important downside was NO AIR CONDITIONING. the weather was humid during our stay with no breeze and just fans to keep cool. We had a hard time sleeping at night without AC.

This house was perfect for our family of 5! Steps away from the beach meant we could go back and forth without worrying about the kids The small touches and extras that Carmen added were a big surprise. She was very responsive to a request that I made. Little far to walk to restaurants if you have younger kids but we definitely made do! Lots of space that everyone could spread out and the little patio was a perfect sanctuary for some adult time at night

Thank you, Carmen! The property had absolutely everything we needed and is so well appointed with everything from plenty of TP, to chairs for the beach, to cooking oil and spices, to ice, to Q-tips! The attention to detail was incredible! My women friends and I (all CSULB alums) had a lovely, quiet, and nourishing time.

This was a great all around property. The proximity to the bay was awesome and very close to restaurants on 2nd st. We loved the house and being able to walk a few steps to get to the sand. This property was the most well stocked property I’ve ever rented. Thanks for a great week.

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Long Beach. There were a lot of beach toys for the kids and a great setup for kids and a very nice master upstairs. The beds were really comfortable and Carmen took extra time to make sure everything was well stocked in the house in case you forgot something. It was so nice and easy to go to the beach from the property!

What a surprise this home was — a gorgeous and well-appointed property that was perfect for our 6 family members, ranging from elderly to 9! Loved the living spaces, amazing kitchen, and the two car garage for safe parking. Thank you for the thoughtful beach chairs and toys — so glad the house had these for use. We’ve rented many homes through VRBO and have yet to come across a home as well appointed as this one. Carmen has thought of every last detail. Well furnished, extraordinarily clean with a great location. We hope to be back again sometime soon!

Carmen is a great host and quick to respond. The property itself is immaculate and has everything you could ever need! I stayed here for my wedding and the closet was not only equipped with a bunch of hangers and an iron + ironing board, but a steamer and lint roller as well - it really is the little things. There was also a luggage rack and literally anything you could ever need stocked in all the bathrooms and kitchen (gallon bags, coffee/tea bar, makeup wipes, cotton pads and swabs, diapers, plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. etc.). As someone that is very particular about cleanliness, I was so appreciative and absolutely delighted with how clean the entire home is. It's expected for there to be some grime on walls, baseboards, and high touchpoint areas in a vacation rental, but not here - literally not a speck of dust or a spot of dirt! I truly couldn't be more pleased with my stay! Thank you, Carmen!

We stayed for a business trip and it was too early in the year for full beach weather but would be a great place to hang out and enjoy when it was warmer. Well kept property stocked with chairs, blankets, and toys to enjoy the beach.

Our stay was easy and enjoyable from check in to check out. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our family. The location is ideal and convenient for outings around Long Beach and Naples as well as the greater surrounding areas and attractions. Carmen was an excellent host that communicated all necessary details with us pleasantly and timely. We felt very safe in the home and the neighborhood, enjoyed the layout of the home and slept quite well in the beds. We would definitely choose this property again.
