Location was nice. Not to far off from the freeways and right down the street from nice shopping areas and places to eat.

The room cleaning set up. So you have to call to request room cleaner the day before. I called and set it up on my way out. I double checked to make sure we were set for room cleaning. And it didn’t seem like we were. I asked again to have someone combine and clean up and by the time we got back to the hotel room no one ever came. So we just requested new towels and that was that.

Trim around air conditioner missing,could see the light from outside. Smell in room,if it’s the cleaning solution,you should change product

The location is good

The vents on the bathroom weren't good, took a shower the whole room steamed up and caused the TV to have an electrical shortage. Also was going out for the day and called the front desk to have new towels & sheets. When we got back to the room the new towels and sheets were just in a pile on top of the microwave.. we had left a tip for housekeeping (being courteous) as they usually change the sheets and remake the bed ect.. thankfully they didn't go into the room far enough to take the tip as they didn't deserve it.. so we swapped the sheets and towels out ourselves.. I travel to long Beach frequently.. will not be coming back to this hotel

Needs a little facelift.

The locations is the best, walking distance to a nice bar and right down the street from ballast point. Super nice staff, the check in was super easy and quick. The room was spacey and clean, nothing at all to complain about. Great stay!

The check in staff was friendly and informative. The location was perfect for the event we were going to.

The stairs & stair rails near room 227 need tightening & fixing, it's unsafe especially with the rain making them already slippery. Our balcony must be unevern, cuz it flooded. But for the most part, the room was good.

I asked for a quiet room. was given a room near the lobby with generous traffic noise most of the stay.
