Peggy and Rich’s place was cozy and comfortable for a weekend getaway! It was very clean. Great location near restaurants, grocery store and downtown Prescott. Communication with hosts was great! We would love to return! Thank you! ♥️

Property was just beautiful and in a wonderful location. One of the best rentals we have stayed at in Prescott. We hope to return again and have told family and friends about our wonderful experience.

We loved our stay at this property. No issues. Everything was clean, cute, and comfortable. We would definitely come again to this property and we stay at various Vrbo’s several times a year in Precott.

This was the third time we have stayed with Rich and Peg. We love their cabins. We stayed in the smaller one in front and it was wonderful. So much room to relax and always well stocked with everything. Our last night by a fire, we saw 9 deer munching on pears. We will continue to stay here anytime we are in Prescott.

This is a really cute place in a great location witha nearby grocery store, walking distance (.5 mil) to a local brewpub with really good food (Lazy G). Great yard with a couple of tables to sit out and enjoy the sun and relax. Clean and cozy qith comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Some issues with internet, but Rick responded quickly and was helpful. Peggy eas very helpful before we even got there, when we were trying to get a dinner reservation at a restaurant in town. She actually went there and made it for us, as their phone lines were always busy. If we return to Prescott we will start again.

My wife was very happy with our stay at the White Spur Cottages. we look forward to another time we can stay there!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We enjoyed meeting Peggy and have her show us around. And nice to put a face with a name. The cottage was exceptionally clean and had everything that is needed. It was nice that Safeway was right across the street. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Prescott. Thank you Peggy and Rich!

Neat and clean and very comfortable

This cottage had a cute set up, the owners were friendly and we never had issues getting in touch with them. Living area was cozy and the entire house was extremely clean. Location was perfect, and we had were happy to have covered parking.

We went to relax in Prescott and found this property. All inside the cottage was modern and fully loaded with everything'needed for an enjoyable stay. Rich was just a phone call away if anything was needed . Great find.

Peggy and Rich were wonderful and very accommodating. I have stayed in many VRBO’s, the cottage we stayed in was one of the most well equipped accommodations to date. Everything was so well placed! Rich & Peggy are amazing hosts. The house was very clean, and well prepared with every amenity. And everything worked perfectly! Its location is very safe, and close to main part of town, so very easy to get around. We came out for 2 weeks to look at houses & the possibility of relocating to the Prescott area. Rich even put us in touch with a realtor friend of his, who was terrific. There is one other cottage on the property, but there is plenty of space between them. There is also the most amazing outdoor chiminea -- there was even firewood provided. We truly felt at home there, would definitely come back, and would highly recommend. Thank you ever so much Rich & Peggy for hosting us! You guys are awesome!

Location was great! Also very close to town, whiskey row and granite creek. The house itself was nice and the size worked out great for me my wife and my two kids.

The property is just like the photos on the site. It is convenient to downtown Prescott, well stocked with the essentials and very clean. Peggy and Rich were awesome hosts and answered all our questions in a timely matter. We are a family of three and were very comfortable here. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it if you are looking for a great place in Prescott.

What we expected we received/discovered about this house and location. Tucked away neatly and yet so close to downtown that we didn’t need to drive at all. The owners had everything you would need to enjoy your stay (though we really only slept there so as to enjoy our first visit to Prescott). We are looking forward to coming back and enjoying this house again in the not so distant future.

We use VRBO often, and this property was the cleanest by far. Great location, everything you need for you vacation. Highly recommend! Thanks Rich and Peggy!
