Excellent accommodation with four separate bedrooms and expansive lounge, kitchen, dining area

Great location close to Main Road dining options, very roomy, comfortable beds, very clean, modern, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, lockup undercover parking. Excellent 4 bedroom unit, 2 with double beds.

Great value for money, spacious, clean and in a great spot for what we needed.

Stayed in 4br appt. Lots of space, clean, great heating, furnished with everything you need, and modern/new furniture. Fantastic people to deal with - was so grateful last year (we were booked in for same weekend) when cancellation date had passed but had 100% of money refunded after we were put back into lockdown. So glad qe were able to stay there this year 😀

We had booked for a bird experience and due to its earlier start and travelling from Melbourne we decided last minute to find accomodation for the night before. I jumped on Stayz and expected it would be hard to find something last minute and just for one night but was delighted to find the space to have 6 people in a location right next to a popular eating/dining venue....which suited the kids travelling with us as well as us. It would be the perfect place for anyone heading to Sovereign Hill as its in walking distance. Highly recommend the space, whilst there were no views the rooms were GREAT and SUPER clean. We would stay again for sure.

Everything in the apartment was functioning and it was bigger then expected so that was a big positive! Was only a 10 minute drive into the city. The owner was very easy to get a hold of, overall one of the most homely places I’ve stayed at :)

Despite ringing 're absence of hot water after 6pm on a Friday nite of a long weekend we had a plumber in attendance and problem fixed with 30 minutes. Clean, roomy, basic but everything we required

Place was clean and spacious. However we had no hot water for the duration of our stay meaning we couldn’t shower. We called to get this fixed and it was never resolved. One bathroom was missing a door handle with the door handle sitting in the bathroom with no attempt being made to have it fixed.

This Golden Point (Ballarat) 4 bed apartment had quite significant issues when we stayed. Would discourage anyone going there.1. very bad smell around the unit and at car park.2. shower did not work for one3. no instructions for using car park. swipe cards did not work for car entry. every time we had to stop the car outside, walk through pedestrian entry and open the door from inside.4. No tax invoice issued by the property manager nor homeaway for the $ paid by me. Asked the property manager and they did not provide any, but pointed to homeaway. Homeaway did not respond to my query. Very poor customer service by both. very disappointed.thanks

We all enjoyed our time in Ballarat and the accommodation was perfect for us all

Very impressed with this accommodation. It was very comfortable for our family of 6 and the central location meant we were nice and close to everything. At the time we were there it was very quiet. The central heating was great.
