The house was perfect for our group to stay. Lots for the kids to do and it was very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect house and amazing hosts! Our family loved the amenities of this house: the pool, putting green, game room and pool table were so fun. I appreciated the extras that were provided: bathroom amenities, kitchen supplies and even laundry supplies. Location was ideal. We were close to everything! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this rental! Can't wait to stay again-thank you!

Very Spacious, Meticulously Clean home located in Surprise, AZ close to MLB Spring Training sites. The home is a great "Staycation" with a pool table, foosball, shuffle board, & air hockey table inside AND the backyard features a Swimming Pool, HotTub, Fire Pit and small putting Green. The patio is covered and includes cold water spraying "Misters" for the warm Arizona days. Stacy & Ryan (Owners/Host) were incredibly friendly and helpful before & during our stay. Very receptive & helpful to all questions. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Surprise area!!

We had 3 families stay at this location for a week of fun in the sun and baseball. Location is great! 2 minutes to just about anywhere. House is beautiful with lots of room and the backyard is the place to be. Owners were exceptional, and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The only thing we felt was missing was a table in the backyard. Aside from that it was fantastic!! I would highly recommend this property!

With Covid, we were looking for an alternative to a resort stay where we would be apart from others. This house has all the amenities we were looking for and when we got there it proved to be just a wonderful property. A great swimming pool and hot tub, a fire pit and grill and a nice shaded area. Green trees added to the min-resort experience. Property management was very attentive on little things that came up. Most bedrooms are upstairs and the staircase could be a little harder for some. Highly recommended!

This was an ideal location for our family. We were settling my mother's affairs and we were able to spread out and do paperwork, cook and swim all at the same time. Large dining room, large kitchen, and a game room where our son actually "worked from home" because it was quiet. Our granddaughter loved the pool and it was a great place to sit in the quiet evenings. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. Shops and restaurants close by. In a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again. Excellent delightful host, responded immediately to any messages. Loved it.

Words can’t describe our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was very huge and accommodated 12 adults comfortably. The house was stocked full of amenities. The appliances and interior was all modern. Nothing was out dated. If you like to entertain, this house is perfect for that! Sooooo much to do inside that makes you not want to leave the property. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Very nice and welcoming neighbors. It’s a ton of stores and restaurants within a mile of the property so the location is very convenient. Also there was a huge park within a mile away that we went to that has a playground, tennis courts, soccer field, basketball courts and much more. Lastly the host Ryan was a lifesaver. He was very prompt every time we needed him. He provided excellent customer service. I use rentals once every other month and I can honestly say this was by far my best experience all around! We definitely will be back soon as well as refer our friends and family! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood, very peaceful and quiet. The home had everything needed to enjoy a couple days of relaxation and entertainment. Looking forward to staying again!

This home has beautiful upgrades and is large to accommodate multiple people. The pool is fun and large with a nice seating area. The game room was a win for all of the guests too. Would definitely want to stay again!
