We stayed at the property for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house had been professionally cleaned prior to our arrival and towels and linens were provided. I believe the house has undergone a recent renovation, and all of the indoor and outdoor furniture was in new or like-new condition. The fire pit area is also very spacious and tidy, it felt very safe to have a fire there. I have been to rentals that seemed like they were just used for that purpose, but this had the feel of someone's home that they were also spending time in and taking good care of. We loved sitting on the screen porch at night. We paid the extra $$ for the Lake Naomi amenities and it was so worth it. Our 2 year old son LOVED the indoor and outdoor pools and everything was so beautiful, well organized, and not crowded. We literally never waited in line for anything and there were tons of open chairs at the pool (not sure how it is earlier in the summer - we stayed @ end of August). House is on a very quiet street, we could very faintly hear music coming from maybe a nearby club house Sat/Sun when sitting outside only, but otherwise just crickets, about 5 cars drive by per day. Would highly recommend this property!!!

My family including 4 children & small dog stayed here for a cozy ski weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! Would definitely recommend and go back. Owner was amazing & super communicative. Could not have asked for more!!✨

Weekend Trip
Overall we had a wonderful experience staying here! Location was great distance to many different activities. The community was peaceful and beautiful after a snow storm. Services provided from the host were excellent. Any problems that came up with were attended to immediately and efficiently! The driveway and walkways were even plowed early in the morning for us allowing us to get out safely. Fantastic communication with owner. Great experience!

Amazing weekend getaway!
What an amazing property! Our family took a long weekend away from home. The accommodations couldn’t have been more perfect. The stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and updated bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. Take advantage of a walk around the scenic neighborhood and enjoy the fire pit!

Don't hesistate- Book with the "Konitz Korner"
Honestly was skeptical of the experience with it being my 1st booking on my own. But BOY OH BOY was I overwhelmed by the host and his consideration for us and making sure things were in order. We came prepared to full the house with things to make us comfortable, but there were clean linen, cutlery, dishwasher, cleaning products, a has Grill AND STOCKED with propane and fire wood for the firepit!
I cannot forget how we were rushing to leave by 11am Sunday and we were allowed to stay as long as we needed before leaving since no one was checking in! We had to drive back to Central NY so it really helped us rest up!
Only critique- He should really let everyone know how much they are offering because when we got there and saw how much they provided to the renters to enjoy their stay; They might me UNDER-selling it! Me and all of my friends all said we would actually want to go back there!
You won't be disappointed!

Good trip but based on what was on the online listing I thought the property was on the lake.. Not the case we were therefore disappointed.

Simply the best!
Our second time staying at this property. Host is absolutely wonderful and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and to insure everything is perfect. The home is so beautiful, sparkling clean -updated and inviting. We can’t wait to go back.! Thank you for letting us stay. We look forward to coming back soon.

Great cozy house to get away
The house was very cozy and secluded, tucked away in the woods of Timber Trails. Enough space for 5 adults and 1 child. David was very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

This property was very clean and private, located on a small cul-de-sac in the woods. We all enjoyed a nice long walk on trails nearby which led to the lake. I thought the updates were very nice in the bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. David was very responsive as well, and even did a bit of researching to help us find a nice fishing spot for my son.

Great getaway in a private, quiet community
Mr. Kontis was an amazing host. He was always available to answer any questions and offer us any information on things we had questions about in the area. The house was so nice, spacious, very clean & cozy. Everything we could possibly need to cook our meals was also provided in the kitchen which was a huge plus! I highly recommend visiting the Kontis Korner for a nice weekend getaway! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here!
This home was perfect for us. My children want to go back again soon. The home is wonderfully updated and sparkling clean. Close to everything- we enjoyed long walks, outlet shopping and time together. The owner provided all the necessary details for our stay and immediately responded to a question I had.

Fall Getaway
Like many, we were looking for a nice get away and change from working from home! The house in Timber Trails was exactly what we needed. The house is nicely updated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend of hiking, cooking and exploring. The photos are very accurate with every amenity included and up to date. We really liked that there is both a downstairs living room and an upstairs TV area. The neighborhood is very secure, nicely situated with lots of easy hiking trails. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We highly recommend this house!

We had a great time staying at the property. It's clean, cozy and sufficient for 2-3 couples with enough privacy to enjoy. The owner is very attentive and helpful. Would recommend staying at the place. Lots of things to do around the area.

Wonderful home!
This property was situated in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the area and visiting the local lakes. The house itself was very cozy. Plenty of lounging areas and very comfortable beds. It was also impeccably clean! Mr. Konits was very responsive with any questions we had whether that be about the property or where to kayak. I definitely would recommend this property for a relaxing Poconos getaway!

Property comes equipped with all the amenities you could possibly ask or hope for, plus more. Great location- it felt private and secluded yet was still close to everything. Property was sparkling clean with comfortable beds and owner was easily reachable for any questions or issues (not that you would have any). Everyone we have come across were very friendly as well. Great experience overall and highly recommend!

Beautiful home
The home was clean neat spacious and had every accommodation that a Hotel would have The owner was always in touch for any questions and I always felt free to call him .The setting that the house is in a wooded area with beautiful trees flowers and nature. I especially enjoyed the nature walks That we took every day It is truly like being in paradise !!! The amenities are amazing including the lakes and pool. The golf course is beautiful as well. I would recommend this highly

Exactly what we wanted! Trust me, you will want to stay here. The owner thought of everything. Nicely decorated, comfortable and made us feel at home. We could walk to the pool and beaches. The place far exceeded our expectations. The owner made our stay stress free. Thank you!!! Look forward to a future return!

Perfect getaway!
House was great. Had everything you could possibly need. And if we were missing anything, the owner got it for us right away! Owner could not have been more helpful and responsive. We loved having the 2 separate hangout areas in the house. So the kids could hang and watch tv up in the loft while the adults were downstairs. Beds were super comfy. And the location in timber trails was really nice and private, but close enough to bike to the pool! Great stay!

We had a great time! The indoor renovation is gorgeous. Davis, the property owner, could not have been nicer. He gave great recommendations and was open/ honest about limitations due to COVID. This was our best VRBO experience.
