Loved our stay here!

My family visited Houston for a wedding. Maria’s place was perfect. Spacious and open and clean! Having 3.5 baths was so nice and convenient for getting ready and being on time. The beds were comfortable which was a big deal for me. I had a back fusion last year and there’s nothing like a comfortable bed! Any questions we had about the property or area were answered and addressed almost immediately after I messaged Maria. The location is great. The museum district is beautiful. Loved exploring Hermann Park and seeing Rice University. Close to the Metro Rail red line which is very easy to use. Purchase tickets online or at the stop. Will definitely recommend this property and will not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

I am a native Houstonian who hat moved away 5 years ago for work. We were back in town to attend a wedding and visit Texas colleges for my daughter. We picked this rental because it was spacious but also because we knew we wanted to visit all of our favorite restaurants and museums. Place was exactly as pictured, clean and beds we’re comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very good location, well maintained. Excellent location for activities. Perfect layout for adult families traveling together, allowing togetherness without being too close or sharing bathrooms.

Great Location! Great Property !

The property was just like the pictures!! Check-in was super easy. We couldn’t figure out how to use code, but called the number provided and got an immediate answer. Within a minute our problem was resolved. Maria was so easy to deal with even sending suggestions on places to take the kids as well as letting us extend our stay with no hassles. There was plenty of room for everyone, the entire house was clean, extra blankets/pillows were available and clean, and there were also extra items available in kitchen if you needed. This in my opinion is the perfect property to book because you are literally in the center of everything.

The property is really well located, close enough to downtown but also close enough to get out of town easily. We appreciated being able to walk to Herman park. The property is very well maintained and Maria was great at keeping us informed with information related to both the property and Houston suggestions given we were visiting from the UK. Would recommend this property and host if you want a high quality residence to explore Houston and the surrounding area from.

Property overall is well kept and in good location. Was expecting a four-bedroom unit and ended up with 3 bedrooms and a room with a sleeper sofa.

Amazing house! The house looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect for a variety of things. It is only a couple of miles to the museum and zoo. It was a convenient location to stay when planning to go to the NRG Stadium ( we went to the rodeo). It is very close to all of the restaurants in the Montrose area, not far from the Galleria, and also very close to downtown. The house had everything that we needed, including plenty of coffee and tea, which we really appreciated. You do have to walk up stairs to get to the main floor, and another flight to get to two of the bedrooms. This was no problem for us, but something to consider if you have difficulty with stairs. As a sidenote, if you plan to go to the Houston zoo, make sure that it is not free day. We went during spring break and it was a nightmare. This has nothing to do with the house, but just a note to help you plan. We are hoping to come back in 2023 again for the rodeo! Maybe even sooner if we’re lucky.

I TRULY ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS PROPERTY . THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING . THE HOST ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT WHILE WE STAYED AT THE PROPERTY . LOVE THIS PLACE . DEFINITLY WOULD STAY AGAIN .

Very nice townhome in a great area, walking distance to amazing museums. My only 4 star rating is because the fourth bedroom only had a fold out bed, I had missed that in our look at the property description, perhaps it should be made more obvious, but a relatively minor point.

Our family absolutely loved this place. Being near the museums was a huge plus for us. The property managers were polite and readily available for all our needs. Thankfully we didn't need much, because this place has it all. It is equipped with comfortable furniture, gas range stove, and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite. All around, hands down, the best place we've ever stayed.

This stay was a great value for the money inside the loop. The hosts were spectacular and professional, and just very gracious. The home has everything you need and plenty of space to give everyone in the family their own space. I would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this little neighborhood is, given it's right in the heart of Houston. We were here for a work trip, so our days were long and we enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax at night. The hosts are amazing and worked hard to make sure we had a perfect stay. We plan to stay here again next year if it's available.

We really enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks. We were 2 families and everyone was very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

This was the perfect rental for Rice commencement. Great location. Beautiful and comfy! Terrific communication.

Property looked as pictured. Beautiful! Large space. We had 7 family members for surprise bday get together. Everyone had there own private space and bathroom area. We played games at the table. Went to Astros game at Minute Maid (within minutes drive), close to airport and great restaurants for dinner and a really fun brunch. Watched comedians on big tv from large comfortable sectional. We made a big breakfast in the kitchen. I even forgot to bring some oil and spices and behold they were in the cabinet. Wonderful coffees. Great hosts. Even worked with us on early check-in. You will not be disappointed. Only negative, you will not want to leave.

This house is very clean and well maintained and it is in a very convenient location to many attractions in Houston. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of seating between the island and the dining area table. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the three full bathrooms are perfect for a larger group. The host is very responsive to answering questions and was very helpful to us. I would definitely recommend staying at this house and would stay here again on a return trip to Houston.

It was really nice having a place where we all good relax and have great time with fun conversation! The place was really clean and all updated. The condo was perfect size for 8 adults. The couch was perfect to sleep on too. For any issues that came up Maria was responsive right away.

Needed a local place to crash while getting some work done to our place. Great location walking distance to Hermann park, Menil, etc. Stylish, nicely renovated—v pleasant stay
