Very nice place! Quiet and private, convenient and comfortable. Edith was responsive to our needs and did everything that she could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. If we return to Las Vegas, we will stay there again. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful, well furnished property in a gated, quiet setting. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. The property was as described and above. Edith was helpful and communicated with us for all our needs.y wife and I are elderly and we can sometimes struggle with the technology of streaming devices, but that is on us. Great property in a convenient and safe location.

We traveled to Vegas for a hockey tournament and the condo met our needs perfectly. It was a super quick Uber ride to the strip and the airport but also close to all the things off the strip that we needed to do. Condo was exactly as you see on the listing, and the game room is such a fun touch. I would highly recommend staying here!

My stay was perfect. The house was the main reason for a successful trip. The house was beautiful and cozy. It was easy to get comfortable as if it was my own home. We loved our 7 day stay so much, we already booked it again for next year. The host is extremely responsive. Our flight got delayed 8 times oncheck in day and we didnt get in until 12am. I had to call the host bc I couldn't get in the gate, user error. She was extremely helpful. Every time we messaged the host, she responded within minutes, which is amazing! The air conditioning stays cold, the water gets super hot which is nice if you have sore muscles, they keep water and coffee in the pantry and the Ice maker works. Appliances are up to date, the house is decorated with modern classy decor and is extremely clean! This place is near the strip. Gas stations and Restaurants are nearby if you need to grab something quick. Sams club is close by as well if you need to stock up on necessities. This is a very nice place for the price and very safe, I couldnt ask for a better place to rest and recover during a Vegas vacations.

This property was the perfect place for us to stay. It was only minutes from everything we wanted to do. The place was spotless and very well kept and furnished above expectations. The owner was the nicest that I’ve ever met. This is a place that I will definitely rebook.

The property was close enough to all of the activities we wanted to do on the strip, but far enough away that we did not feel like we were buried in tourists. The host was wonderful. Her check in information was complete and the whole process was simple from start to finish. When we did have a question for the host, she replied almost immediately. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again and again.

This place was very nice to stay at. The community has a nice pool and it was very quiet, just far enough of the strip but close enough to go and play.

Pictures dont do justice! There is SO MUCH SPACE and its a safe gated neighborhood with a pool and hot tub, fitness center, in unit washer and drier, fully equipped kitchen & coffee maker and more! Ring door bell and alarm system made us feel safe as well. Couches and beds are extremely comfy and I absolutley loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone!

We wanted somewhere nice to stay close to Las Vegas strip but not on it. Edith’s property was absolutely perfect and also beautiful, comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated too. Edith was also very approachable and answered any queries we had very quickly. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood and the perfect distance to the Orleans where the event was happening! If there is a drawn back it would be the internet no staying on for the TV.

We came in town for the NASCAR race and this condo was close to the track and strip. It was a very nice stay!

We LOVED our stay in this very clean condo. This gated community was always quiet. We enjoyed staying off the strip. The bedrooms are separated, so it's nice to get a little space if needed. Communication with the owner was always very fast. Will definitely book here on our next trip to Las Vegas.

The place was very clean and well taken care of. The pictures don’t actually do it justice. It was nice having a wonderful place to stay, close to the strip, but away from the filthiness of it all. I would totally stay here again if I came back to Vegas.

My elderly father and I travelled to Las Vegas from Canada to attend my nephew's wedding. This condo was perfect! Two very separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms provided luxurious comfort and privacy. The discovery of a private balcony off the guest bedroom was another added bonus! We had everything we needed and appreciated the garage parking and laundry facilities. Edith was always a very helpful and responsive host! I would highly recommend this condo in Vegas! Excellent, spacious accommodations.

Check in process was easy & simple. We arrived at dark & the front porch light was burned out, which made it hard to find the correct place. Once inside, the apartment is very nice, clean & comfortable. However, there are amenities missing such as: kitchen wash clothes & towels, bathroom Wash clothes, body soap, shampoo, blow dryer. These are just a few things that every time I rent a vrbo that are included. Otherwise, it was a great place.
