Check in very easy and made clear by James. Apartment big and comfortable for 2 people. All that you need is included, sheets, towels, kitchen supplies and laundry. The location was right off Pine St. and the bike path, perfect for us avid cyclists. A good choice.

This rental is in a great location for all that South Burlington has to offer! The apartment is nicely equipped with creature comforts including board games, books, a kitchen that has what you need to cook a meal in if you so desired. I felt safe and secure and knew I that I could reach out to James with any questions or concerns.

My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting Vermont. As described, the property was very clean, and easy to access. Host was incredibly responsive; I heard back from him very quickly anytime I sent a message. Would stay here again!

Property was clean and entry process was simple. We were there when the temperatures were above average so the two window a/c units struggled. The mattress was a bit soft for me, but I like a firm mattress. Overall I would recommend the unit. It’s in a nice neighborhood and less than a mile walk to downtown Burlington.

The property looks as it is in the pictures. There was plenty of space for two and the AC was wonderful. It is an amazing location for the Farmer’s Market. We walked downtown, which wasn’t a bad walk, maybe 20 minutes. We had two people in the bed and it was uneven, fell down on one side.

My husband and I came to Burlington to visit family for a week. Apartment was nice and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Convenient location within walking distance of waterfront, shops and restaurants at Church Street Marketplace. Had a minor issue and the owner took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and were in town for the marathon. This house is a very close walk to town and a super quick drive to anything you need. Plenty of space and a full working kitchen was a nice bonus.

Overall an excellent stay. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. Location is excellent, just a small 10 minute walk to the downtown area.

Clean, great location, everything fine, but couldn’t get the bathroom outlet to work so used the outlet outside of the bathroom, and we pursued a couple of roach looking bugs down the register in the front vestibule by the Wi-Fi - minor inconveniences in an enjoyable stay.

Nothing extravagant. Fits 3 comfortably. The bed in the bedroom is super comfy. Shower was small but had good water pressure. We only really used the apartment to sleep so I can’t really comment on the kitchen. The reduced rating was due to an incident where we got locked out of the home our first morning because the key pad ran out of battery. We had to wait outside the home for almost half an hour before we got a response to get inside. The toilet paper was also the worst quality available to buy. Overall, decent place to sleep walking distance to Burlington.

Lovely neighborhood. Unit has nice open spaces with full kitchen, easy walking to coffee shops, gallery and farmer's market. Nice walk to Church Street and UVM campus.

Owner very available and responsive to questions/concerns of which there were few. Located close to Lake Champlain bike trail and central Burlington. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfy. Kitchen utensils could benefit with upgrading. Appliances as expected and easy to use. Felt safe and secure. Recommend adding a dresser to furniture in bedroom. A good stay for us!

Location excellent for walking access to downtown Burlington and driving access to everywhere else. Lots of space. Very limited kitchen equipment, but there is a fridge and freezer, range, oven, microwave dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
Good wifi.
Very scratchy sheets, but found alternatives in the linen closet.
Exterior windows are not designed to be opened, no screens, but two window air conditioner units cool the space well. No window covering on the bathroom window.

The location is perfect- we could easily walk to waterfront, lake cruises, museum, downtown, bike rental, restaurants, coffee shops - all within about 1/2 mile.
The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions very quickly.
The price was right and we’ll stay there again when we visit beautiful Burlington.

Pros: spacious and comfortable accommodations, easily accessible by walk (about 1 mile) or car ride to heart of Burlington downtown, owner very responsive, all appliances you might need including washer and dryer
Cons: driveway is hard to get out of, could have had a few very minor spruce ups like the oven and microwave lights. No major issues.
Overall we found it to be a great location and quite comfortable.

Great Location in Burlington - Clean, spacious, overall good stay
A spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment of a duplex. The home is in a great location and was able to walk to Church street, cafes, restaurants, music, parks. Separate bedroom, living area, full kitchen and full bath with a couple work station areas. The home is a bit dated (older appliances/kitchen, etc.) but everything that you may need works. Overall a very convenient and decent stay. Check-in was easy and communication with host was pretty good for the most part. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bed and bedding situation. Mattress was a bit too soft and seemed to give/dip a bit too much for my liking. Sheets, blankets, and pillows were on the lower end of quality.

Convenient location in Burlington VT
We had a pleasant stay at this location. It was clean- a bit sparsely furnished- but the location was great. It is just over a mile to the UVM campus. Would have appreciated room darkening shoes on the bedroom as the sun came up at 5:30- other than that I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at James' property! The apartment was just perfect. Very clean. Wonderfully quiet. GREAT location! We didn't walk because it was cold but the apartment is so close to everywhere that we wanted to go. We definitely would like to stay again when we return to Burlington!!!
