Nice and quiet area, 10mins walk to Ebisu station, 20mins walk to Shibuya Station and Aoyama area. It was nice to have washing machine.

We could have only 1 key for the apartment and it was very inconvenient. We couldn’t open the curtains during day because blind curtains was broken. The ventilation in the wall which was bit disturbing and cold.

The flat is two small for 3 adults.

Clean, smart little apartment 10 minutes from lively Ebisu.

It is very compact, which was fine for us and we had everything we needed. But just be aware it is a very compact apartment.

Good location, quite near to convenience stores and Ebisu Station.

Maybe it’s just me. It’s too compact and squeezy. But it’s reasonable for this price range and this location.

Stains on the bed sheets, windows cannot be opened because it’s facing the street, not very bright , window panes very dusty, kettle isn’t clean when I checked in (water inside) There is no bin in the restroom All cultary is plastic Extra house rules are only communicated when checking in

I REALLY didn't like the 7000 yen cleaning costs that were NOT clearly indicated. i only noticed after google billed me twice the price i had intended. with no refud of course.

The location was decent and the room was pretty clean. The host provided clear check-in instructions. It was also pretty quiet during the night.

I do not think this place should advertise sleeping any more than two guests. There was a second pullout bed, but pulling it out took up the rest of the space in the already pretty small room, which made it cramped and uncomfortable to stay in. I do also wish the pullout bed had been prepared ahead of time, since we had booked the room listing 3 people would be staying there, and also let them know of our check in time. Since we checked in around 11pm, I thought pulling the bed caused a great deal of noise to the neighbors, which I wanted to avoid so late at night. Additionally, only 2 towels were provided instead of 3.
