Beautiful gardens and chilled

Really good value for money and gorgeous villa in the center of Da Lat. The hosts, facilities and especially the decor were all lovely. Breakfast was superb!

The walls are quite thin so if someone makes noise in the hallways or on the first floor, everyone upstairs will hear it. Plus the water heating system in our room was odd -- the water temperature keeps fluctuating, couldn't get it to stabilize.

Amazing and picturesque property. Lovely gardens and ambience. Beautiful place. The Banh Mi Xiu Mai breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the people were lovely.

They wouldn’t budge on the check in time, despite asking me when booking to give them an arrival time, which I assumed they would use to have my room close to ready if not ready. This wasn’t the case and I had to wait from 8am to 3:15pm which was very frustrating. I came back one night at about 11pm and found the gate locked, and no one answered the WhatsApp phone number. In fact no one there seemed to know the correct WhatsApp contact that actually worked!! they tried three different numbers and none actually worked, so that was a minor frustration. In the end I wound up jumping the gate after about 5 minutes. the rooms are very small (the size of an average master bedroom and ensuite for the average spoiled fat westerner). The shower head was also broken and wouldn’t sit correctly, and the safe was not bolted down to the floor and then locked my stuff inside. The guy at reception tried a number of keys to force it open and luckily got there at the last minute as my cab was arriving.

I love everything about this place! All staffs are so lovely, the room is beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast was so yummy! I wish I can stay longer. ❤️❤️ thank you for having us and will always come back again when in Da Lat!

Great place to stay!

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time with my wife and daughter. Everything was great as usual.

Everything was fine. Clean room, responsive staff and quiet territory with flowers and Christmas mood.

Beautiful Garden. Nice staff. The room was nice and a bit small when you have more luggage. Breakfast choices are very limited.

The villa itself and the surrounding garden is beautiful. Very peaceful. We loved sitting and working in the common space and garden! The room was nice and super clean and fresh. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the smell of citrus when you enter the room. The staff was friendly, but not all spoke English. We met one very lovely girl on our last day, who was amazing and gave us a lot of tips for traveling. I wish more staff was like that :D The overall standard here was really great, I wish they worked a bit more on services and staff training. The location was nice because it was a bit removed from the main area so it was much quieter and felt more pristine.

The breakfast had no vegan options, even with vegetarian options for my partner we struggled a bit. Usually, in Vietnam, I can always at least get rice with vegetables or soup, but here they were very inflexible. The breakfast was a bit inconsistent, a lot of times we were not offered options for the next day, we saw other people having Vietnamese bread or fruit juice, but somehow we could not get to it. Not sure if it was a language barrier or if they were confused because we didn't eat meat. It was great that they offered laundry service, but all of our clothes came back shrunk, so my partner can't wear half of the T-shirts anymore. They also came just thrown in the bag, not folded nicely, so everything had wrinkles. Maybe the property should think about finding a different provider.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They help us to check for the taxis, share information of good places to eat in Da Lat. They also chat with us and share stories that make the trip more memorable. The garden is very pretty with different types of plants.

The furniture is not so new.

The staff was super friendly and supportive. The community was peaceful and quiet. And they have a nice garden. I love my comfortable bed a lot. I definitely comeback before the end of the year.

all I can say is the home stay is not soundproofedi can hear everything next door and upstairs

it was a very cozy villa with a lush garden. excellent shower and room was well appointed with good sound proofing. nice views from the room overlooking the valley.

it was a steep climb down to the villa, not the greatest access if you don’t have transport or in a motorbike.
