This condo is absolutely beautiful!! A few little minor adjustments could be done but the three masters, three walk in closets, and the gorgeous open floor plan made this place fabulous!! And then there are the views!!! So breathtaking!! Would definitely come back again!!

It was spacious and clean although it is a little worn around the edges. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. It was just what we needed for a quick get away. The company was friendly and available to help. The price was great.

Easy to get to and check in and out. Great location with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Communication is a plus as well.

Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Spacious rooms each with their own bath which was wonderful. Would suggest some basic maintenance such as deep clean front door and master bedroom door or freshen up the paint. Also secure the dishwasher so that it stays in place while people load and unload it. The ice maker was frozen over when we arrived. We had trouble getting the freezer to open fully. We called Vacasa, but ultimately had to defrost it ourselves in order to get it cleaned out and working again. Parking passes were also not in the unit when we arrived so we had to call about that as well. The passes were delivered to us, but no one followed up on the ice maker situation. It would also be nice to have check out instructions provided in the manual, not just on the app. Overall, we would rent this unit again. Our family enjoyed our time at Navarre and will return soon.

Was hesitant to try a new location, but so glad we did. If we come back next year this condo is where we will stay. Great location, beautiful view of ocean and bay. Everything we needed was at our finger tips.

The condo has the potential to be really nice, but it definitely needs some loving care. Positives: -view was great - good location and easy parking -kitchen was well stocked with all cooking necessities -good space for everyone Cons: -Sliding door to balcony did not work our entire stay- even after maintenance came to try to repair. This was a huge drawback, as only 4 of our 7 people staying in the condo could open the door -there was mildew and mold in two of the three bathrooms -the third bathroom toilet seat had chipped paint -kitchen table chairs and living space chair cushions were all dingy and stained -outdoor chairs were all broken except one

The condo was in a great location. My family and I really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely try to book this condo again. For the most part everything was very clean. I never really felt clean in the bathrooms even though they probably were. The bathrooms need to be updated- paint and light fixture to start. Also, paint touch ups or extra cleaning on the doors.

Loved the calming color scheme… also lots of empty storage space/areas to put your things … open shelving kitchen so you can see what’s available to use … 2 king size beds are always a plus. Only negative would like to have had a little better quality and comfortable balcony furniture but the view was fantastic!

Was redone some years ago. i don't mind old, I do mind dirty. Mold in Master bath, outdoor furniture dirty, moldy broken, and old. dishwasher did not work, Wi-Fi inaccessible for 4 days. No disposal and kitchen garbage can had no top so I stared at scraped food everyday. dining and den chairs had slip covers, stained and dirty, no blankets. sorry owners, been to Navarre many times and love the building, have pictures and texts with the management if needed.

Loved the location and the beach was perfect. The unit had some issues. The inside humidity was very high. The wifi password for the unit was not communicated until I sent a text to the building manager. There was a leak under the sink which shut off the water twice. The sliders were extremely difficult to slide; so hard that a previous occupant broke the door handle. Several cosmetic issues that detracted from the appearance.

This was an easy process and a beautiful rental with a great view and convenience to everything we needed. Very clean!

Nice place, no comfortable sitting on balcony, and was a little run down. Dryer took 3 tries to get a small load of laundry dry

There is no support if something is wrong. Our condo had so many issues. AC not working, balcony door not opening, showers and sinks not draining, dryer not working. I called and text the support. Not once did they show up. Do not book a condo without onsite support.

Loved the location and view

Thank you for a great stay at Bella Mar. I brought my 90yr old Dad and 80yr old mom for 2 nights. The unit was very clean and accurate as pictured, I was most attentive to my mother's mobility with a cane. Access to the elevator was a very smooth and level 20ft, and then to the beach was about 400ft, also smooth and level, with a railing along the boardwalk. The total of 8 steps down to the sand were wide and easy to navigate. We were also thankful for the umbrella and beach chairs. My only notes of concern were that the property attendant wasn't in the office or answering the phone between listed office hours when I called to inquire about a lost item. Also, the dryer didn't seem to be producing heat. Vacassa staff were extremely helpful and prompt answering my questions when I called. Overall it was a perfect October stay with so much amazing marine life to thank God for each morning at sunrise. Thank you so much!

We loved the views and location for my daughter-in-laws bachelorette trip! We had plenty of room and it's a beautiful private beach!

We had a wonderful time the days we were there - the sunsets are like no other - nothing in the way. The pool has sun for the whole day! Highly recommend!

This property was great!!! Amazing view, clean, spacious, comfortable, close to whatever you need, over all amazing stay!

Loved that every bedroom had its own full bathroom! The kitchen was huge compared to most. We have an executive chef in our family and he gave it 👍. The view was amazing, a/c worked great. So very close to the elevator that takes you to the beach entrance. That made it an easy haul to bring stuff to the beach! The TV is big, but came with an instruction binder to tell you how work it. We managed to get a Movie out of it, but we weren’t there to watch TV, so it was no big deal for us. I would recommend it to anyone!

The condo is lovely and spacious with everything you need for your stay. It has a great view of the beautiful beach which is in close proximity. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved our stay at the Belle Mer. The condo was spacious and furnishings look updated. You cannot beat the view of the ocean. Access to the pool and beach are just steps away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A good condo in a very good location.

The condo was decorated nicely and clean. We had infants and a toddler and the rug in the den was way too rough for them to crawl or play on. Also the door was almost impossible to open and close. Just some things I noticed. We appreciate the communication and the rental.

Property was in a great location. We enjoy the Belle Mer and have stayed here before. Unit very clean but needs updating, painting... definitely shows signs of wear and tear. Kitchen stocked well.

The appearance when you walk in is excellent! It was comfortable. The condo is nice, just needs a little updating with paint scratches on walls. Door frames and headboards need to be cleaned.. The ice maker was not working so we bought ice. They offered to come see about it but did not want my vacation to be spent worrying about anything. I Wish I would have had more communication with owner before so I could have had answers to some questions I had. But we did have a great time!

Belle Mer is a beautiful property. The exterior of the property, as well as the common areas, are well maintained. The 3 bed/3 bath condo was very spacious, with beautiful views from the balcony. The kitchen was bright and open. (We did have to request new wine glasses as the few that were there were broken. The property manager had them in our unit the next day.) Overall it was a great location with great property and rental management. With a bit of a refresh I would definitely rent the unit again.

We enjoyed the property and the unit the Balcony is HUGE! Other than mishap with checking in it was a 5 star unit!!

We stay in Navarre Beach every year so we are aware that the doors are hurrican doors. Not all doors are so hard to open and close. The livingroom door was rediciulous!! (The bedroom door squeaks liudly but was easy to open) We said we wanted maintenance to come while we were in the condo. They never came. When talking to someone after checkout they said maintenance had come and put graphite on. NO they didn't. Also after the storm there was liquid in the tracks. The towel bar in the bathroom by the front door is loose. The bed in the master bedroom (beachside) is hard and very very noisy. All bedrooms could use much better lightening. We all decided that even though the kitchen was fine and stocked nicely and the livingroom furniture was comfortable, we probably wouldn't stay there again. One lady could not open the door at all!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! We woke up to watch the sunrise and walk the beach for seashells. The hot tub was the perfect way to warm up on chillier days. The view was to die for and we watched dolphins from the balcony in the mornings too! Very clean with a comfortable relaxing decor. I hope to stay in this exact condo every time we come.

Overall, a very nice property. Nicely furnished and decorated. Doors to the balcony are hard to open, very heavy. You can hear the neighbors, above and below when they are opening their doors. (I’m sure they are for hurricane safety). Condo has a sensitive water (Halo) system. The water went off twice, once in the morning after everyone had showered and we were leaving for the day. Another time at 3 am, everyone was asleep, someone got up to use the bathroom and toilet didn’t flush. It was an easy fix. The first time, after several phone calls, an easy fix.
