This was a very good spot. Very convenient to get to the pool and the beach. The wash off station was the best I’d ever seen. The pool is very nice and large. I could see maybe in the height of the summer this spot may be loud because it’s so close to the pool. But in may it wasn’t loud at all. The beach service was great as well. Everything was very clean. The only downside was the master bedroom has 2 windows that need some black out curtains. Because at night it was like daytime in the bedroom, the light coming off the pool illuminated the bedroom. But overall it was a great experience!!

Unit was clean, beds comfortable, easy beach access, pool clean, beach view was awesome, management team courteous and made sure all was okay with unit. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

We loved our family vacation to Waters Edge. The beach is amazing and beautiful. Also, we found that the property is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, and family fun. Thanks to the beach staff and others who went the extra mile to help the grandmother with bad knees in our party make it to safely to and from the beach every day. Your kindness is appreciated!

This place was fairly priced and in a great location. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Additionally, the complex had a nice grill area.

4 generations gathered to play on the beach for a week and it was wonderful! Having an umbrella and chairs ready and waiting on the beach each day was fantastic. We enjoyed the property, the pools and the proximity to great restaurants.

This condo was a perfect location with kids. Overlooking pool and ocean was great. We usually stay in Destin however think we will most likely come back here. Condo was very clean and outside areas kept impeccable. The pool was the best we have had in our 20 years of traveling to this area. Great vacation!

So convenient and quiet. Love that there were no “steps” to the beach. Condo was very clean and well furnished with the basics and more (including an air fryer, griddle, etc). We will absolutely consider this condo and complex in the future.

My wife and I have stayed many time here but it was to be the first for my inlaws. The loved it !!! From the view of the beach from the balcony to the beautiful ,large pool and the ease of access to the beach !! They love the less stressful stay here vs the hectic dealings in Destin and Sea Side where they had stayed previously !! But also the ease of going to Destin for events if that's what you desire .

We did feel like the king bed might be a challenge for some people. It has support legs added on one side, but a couple are leaning and probably need to be checked out for stability.

Overall, the unit is great! It is spacious, clean, and the kitchen is well appointed. The views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom are fantastic. The unit directly overlooks the pool. It was a non-issue because the pool was not crowded during my stay but it may be noisier at other times. The only suboptimal thing about the unit was that the couch had a large stain and needs to be cleaned.

Nice unit and very clean! Master bed was sooo comfortable!! A little too close to the activity at the pool, but this might be a plus to some families; we didn’t have kids with us. Check the hot water situation as it was barely warm.

We loved our stay! The condo had the perfect view of the ocean and the pool. We had a 4 month old and a 10 year old. The mom could be engaged with us from the patio without the baby being directly in the elements. Everything inside the condo was clean and fresh. It was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and flatware. My only suggestion is to have a grab bar in the Master Bath shower. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Well appointed and the staff was very helpful.

Made the snobby wife super happy. This unit was perfect, and super quiet even though poolside. No noise upstairs or below. Pricey, but excellent - everything you'd expect in a home vacation rental for this location I'd say. Oh, and snorkeling spot right out front 100 yards out in the gulf!

This was the perfect home for my girls trip! Everything was so convenient and easy!

This property was perfect for us! I took my three children, my friend, and her son. The kids varied in ages between 7-15 and we all enjoyed it! The condo was spotless, we had an amazing view of the ocean and the pools, and were close to all kinds of different activities for our entire group! Fort Walton was less crowded than Destin, but only a short drive there, to even more restaurant and activities! We will definitely stay here again!!

My family and I Loved this condo. The condo looks exactly as pictured . The location was great, pool and beach front view. Also ,right down the street from the restaurants. Will be staying there again.

We found the condo very clean, well stocked, and easy to stay in. The beds were comfy!

We just finished our week long stay in Water's Edge 210 and for the most part, everything was great. We loved the unit and the view in provided. We are a family of 6 so the bed set up was perfect.
There are a few things we were expecting but were not included. I say "expecting" because we've stayed in countless rental properties over the years and we've come to expect these things. None of these were "deal breakers" so to speak but they did require an extra trip to the store. Had we know they weren't provided, we'd have simply brought them from home. The following items were not provided or were very limited.
Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
Paper towels ( 1 roll)
Trash bags ( 1)
dishwasher tabs
Laundry detergent
Coffee filters
Salt/Pepper/Spices
I've also grown accustomed to finding a few random items in the cabinets or fridge but with Covid, I understand not leaving a barely used bottle of ketchup or BBQ sauce in the fridge for the next guest.
Additionally, the AC would not cool the unit below 75. Now, it wasn't too warm during our stay so it wasn't a big deal but it did get a little warm from time to time.
We also had to have maintenance come in shortly after arrival because the living room TV wasn't hooked up correctly. Not a big deal at all and they were quick to come out and get it fixed.

One thing worth noting, the master closet is HUGE! If you've got a little one, bring a mattress pad or pack-n-play and have them sleep in there. It makes bedtime very easy and to know that you'll hear them if they wake up is very assuring. =)

All in all, we had a great time at Water's Edge and in unit 210. We'd love to stay there again. Knowing what to bring next time will make our stay even better!

This unit was clean and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay! We found the attention to detail by the Waters Edge grounds crew especially great. The pool, beach walkway, hose area and bathrooms were kept in amazing shape daily. We loved the beautiful views from the balcony and easy access from the parking lot. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved the condo. The entire property was very clean.

We arrived and found the condo to be very nice. It was equipped with what was needed and very comfortable. A couple of things did bother us. First, we had brought 2 Waverunner on a trailer as we had done several years before to this property with no problem. When we arrived this time a manager was immediatly letting us know this was not allowed and they would be towed. Nowhere in the listings or correspondence was there any mention of this, only in the HOA rules was there a mention of this. In essense you have to have arrived to find this out. Since check in is at 4PM trying to find a place to store them in town before businesses closed was a challenge. Perhaps a notation on the website or with the parking permits would be nice. The next day hurricane Sally arrived and cut off the power. The humidity and spray made the floors in the condo wet without A/C. For some reason the pool was closed.

Great three bedroom condo. Very clean, front and center with the pool and ocean. We plan to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the resort. Only complaint was that we could never connect to the wifi. We loved being right across from the pool and the short distance to the beach! We didn’t want to leave today!
