This is my fourth time staying at this property the units are nicely done and the amenities are great. I will be back.

The location of Waterscapes is ideal. It’s close to the grocery store, restaurants, beach, and activities. The covered garage parking was a huge plus. The Waterscapes complex has a beautiful pool area with a DJ (at least on Sunday), kids area, and snack/drink bar. I’d 100% stay here again!

Pros: The property and pool area of Waterscapes. Convenient location to pool and beach. Large, spacious bathrooms. Cons: Lack of condo amenities…only given one trash bag for 8 people. Kitchen and bathroom toiletries were very sparse for 8 people. Sheets and blankets were thin and uncomfortable. Appliances were old and outdated. Overall, I loved the property but would for sure pick another unit in the future. Not the condo owners fault, but the majority of the parking lot was blocked off making the trek from the garage super inconvenient. Vacasa continually communicated with us throughout the stay, asking us if we needed anything. We asked for a trash bag and were told they could not provide one, which was comical to me considering the amount of texts we received checking in. For the price, I’d for sure stay in another unit with more amenities but I enjoyed waterscapes a lot!

This is our second time staying at Waterscape and there will definitely be many more to come. We love it here! This condo was great.

Great place for a getaway with family! Very clean, great location to pool and parking.

We have stayed here several times and it is always great. This unit has everything you could need. We will definitely be back!
