It was a nice, comfortable room and it was great to have a kitchen too!

The location is a bit obscure, it is right next to a car workshop on a busy road. But soundproofing is good enough to not be disturbed by outside noises.

The Appartments a small and if windows are open it can be loud.

This room could be a little bit small, especialy when you have to stay for 7 days in quarantine (covid) but its very operational , you don'yt miss anything; I could order food durin quarantine duration. And cook what I want to do. After the quarantine, thera rea malls 20 minutes far awy walking (knowing after 7 days , you are happy to walk); And I have discovered a nice park to run during 1 hour. And the hotel is 35 minutes walk from Ulm center. If you want o rent a cr, itbis less than 20 minutes walk. Internet connexion works fine too.

The property requires you to fill in a Corona questionnaire before your stay. They are obviously asking this info as per local rules however they clearly state that if you say "yes" to any of the questions in the questionnaire you will not be allowed into the property. This information should be available beforehand to anyone booking a room at this property. I booked this apartment a day before the date of arrival. I received an email about the questionnaire only at 9 am on the day of arrival. I was expected to print the form, fill it and send a scanned copy before arrival. As I was traveling I told them that I could only fill the form after arriving there. They agreed to that. Thankfully, I had not visited any of the places that are high risk but if I had, I would not have been allowed into the property and could've lost the booking money as it was non refundable (the questionnaire doesn't mention anything about a refund of entry is denied). Moreover, i would've had to find an alternative at the last moment. If you're going to deny entry, then make sure that your guests are aware of that possibility. Put it in your terms and conditions under your listing! What happens if someone books weeks in advance and Germany adds the place their coming from in the list of high risk areas on or just before the day of arrival?

Very friendly, helpful owners. A nice lake nearby. Quiet. Easy and free parking.
